The View of the hotel is stunning. The breakfast was excellent and the traditional Jordanian Cuisine Restaurant on the garden was unforgettable moment. the costumer services on point and the building in general beautiful.

great location and view. friendly and helpful staff
our room was not cleaned despite being out of the hotel for 12 hours. not much could be done when we came back at 10pm. a bit of fuss by management to apologise but unacceptable.

The hotel staff are kind and very welcoming. They served Jordanian coffee while checking in. Rooms are very clean. Breakfast was fantastic with alot of variations. They view from the room was facing Petra mountains and itis charming. Very well recommended hotel when visiting Petra.

The room we stayed in and breakfast buffet are somewhat reasonable.
Flies on the pool. Flies on the restaurant. We booked king size bed, they gave us twin beds! How did it become a 5-star hotel without a gym? In booking, you may see that minibar is free, that’s all!, don’t drink any beverage in the refrigerator, as you need to pay for it!, we’re glad that we didn’t notice it during our stay and didn’t drink anything, we just notice it upon our check out. Staff looking us differently and said something, they said it in their local language (Arabic), they don’t have idea that my partner understand all they’re saying.

AC was not working. Sweating all night hence didn’t sleep good. On of toilets was also blocked.

The room was good
The AC was not working well, it got warm at night and we were not comfortable.
The room service food was not nice at all with a very smelly tuna sandwich that we didn't eat and the menue was not clear enough ! We had to order fries as the menue doesn't mention fries with the sandwich!! It was such a waste.
The Spa and turkish bath doesn't open early, we never had the chance to use any of the Spa facilities!
The breakfast was not very nice , not enough Vegetables, the food wasn't the best, bakery and the pastry's were limited, not much variety.
The first time we came it was much nicer breakfast and more varieties of food and vegetables, plus better service.
Needs improvement thanks.

Beautiful location, the views of the mountains from our room and the pool were spectacular. The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff were amazing. The duty manager Moayyed went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. The staff were extremely accommodating and allowed us to check out late at 1.30pm.

Location is great. Views from the property are great. Staff were helpful - we wanted a packed breakfast on the day we went to see Petra, and they helped us with boxes and packing from the hotel buffet. The swimming pool is quite nice.
The room is just about okay. The pillows are all too thin. With the two queen size beds, it is a bit cramped. Bathroom is tiny. And the lifts are not intuitive at all.
The restaurants were rather expensive - after our first meal, we ate out all meals in Petra (though the breakfast buffet was pretty good)

beautiful location, the hotel itself is also very beautiful
it was a little farther than I thought from Petra’s visitor center. I thought I could easily walk there. my mistake

Nice location
It was not worth the money paid for the room.

Service at this property is exceptional - everyone was very welcoming and attentive. Housekeeping rushed in the room to clean while we were at breakfast - perfect timing and very well done! Also that staff in the bar and restaurant area was very friendly and helpful explaining the local dishes. The hotel is not across the entrance in Petra, but there is a shuttle from the hotel and also free parking next to the entrance. (drive about 10 minutes) The view from the hotel over the mountains is incredible and an absolute USP for this hotel.
nothing - we had a perfect stay

Noise during the massage There is no good insulation between the treatment room and the reception, unfortunately I was not able to rest and relax from the noise

The hotel is located in the higher grounds allowing you to have a great view of the Petra landscape and sunset views from here is amazing. The staffs are super attentive and at your service, one of the best in Jordan. The hotel rooms are slightly dated but I believed that this is the best you can find in Petra given that the quality of build is great. Dinner and breakfast are high quality with good variety.
You will need a taxi to get to Petra entrance. Not possible to walk, however if you drive this is perfect.
