Breakfast was OK..a bit disorganised at times, otherwise acceptable, I wouldn't punish them for this, maybe a little more attention to detail. Location for me was great as it is central, traffic can be an issue, might not suit others

Wifi rather slow and sometimes discontinuous. Card system to open/close the room did not always work.

The breakfast was really tasty with generous portions; my eggs were made just the way I like them. I also loved the packaging used when I had to takeout my breakfast. The staff is definitely the best feature of this hotel. They were really friendly, warm, helpful and they made me sure I had a pleasant stay. The service at this hotel was exceptional indeed. My room was big and looked just like the photos. Housekeeping also did a great job with the cleaning.

The place is of good standard. The highlight of this trip were the staff: Very helpful, warm and welcoming. A big Thank you to all of them for all their help.

Airport shuttle is available, but no shuttle from the main bus terminal. It would have been of great help for a late arrival. The staff advised that taxis were available from there, and that was good enough because it worked out fine in the end. Bear in mind it's only 15 minutes walk.
