No room service, times bar was open, nowhere to order coffee in the morning

business hotel should supply you with table and chair to do your business in your room :-) and there is none... other then that - perfect

The hotel is very unique and has cute details the amenities are excellent, the gym is really nice it has a very unique design and has all the basic necessities the pool is also pretty and has a rooftop bar with good food and drinks breakfast was excellent as well the room is clean and has everything you’d need the area is good too not far from the beach and has nice restaurants around

the noise the hotel is on the Main Street and there’s a club across the street and this is my second time in this hotel on a weekend it’s really noisy they should soundproof the rooms you could also hear every move in the hallway

poor noise isolation in the room. can hear a neighbor showering. customer support extremely bad. “system is down” was their excuse. another time - computer is not working. the design is very good. the human part is not so much. parking is 25 nis/ hour laundry for few summer items was 140 usd! folded and packed well but not very clean.

The rooftop pool is only open until 6pm. Very disappointing. No possibility to enjoy the wonderful rooftop after a long day working.

I had nothing to write here because the hotel was perfect BUT then when I was checking out, I got my extras bill for the hotel bar. A total absolute rip off. more expensive than any bar I’ve been to (including London and New York). it’s my fault; I should have checked - but a really basic G&T single shot is €16. madness

Paying for parking at the hotel put us off parking there

the noise level in the room is unacceptable - if you have a sea view, you have the pleasure of concrete mixers traffic under your window while there is a concrete factory down the road

as a working location this was difficult as there is no desk or working chair in the room
