The location and staff are great

Many amenities is missing as 5 stars hotel .. i was expecting better than this. The staff were great

It was really nice honestly I loved the signature scent of the hotel and the rooms. It was close to the beach and other places but was just a bit hard to Locate first few days of my stay

The service at the reception could be a bit slow sometimes and the breakfast gets really crowded but overall the staffs are nice and the hotel is a good stay

It’s overpriced it’s not worthy at all, it’s just a 3 stars hotel, especially the pool area it’s like a residential complex and not a 5 stars hotel. The TV is not smart so you can’t play youtube or netflix, also we didn’t find blankets in the room and there is no prayer mat

Great location, right in front of the beach. A short walk from the medina. Room was very stylish with modern features - particularly liked the reading lights in the headboard. The views from the rooftop bar were fantastic.

the hotel is beautifully decorated and designed, everything is modern and new. the staff were excellent, very clean. i thought the breakfast was really good, lots of options. the food in restaurant nice and the location on seafront great. rooftop bar and pool incredible, great views

Saturday night was quite noisy, lots of traffic, cars beeping early hours in the morning so that did wake me up, but the other nights were fine

The bed was very comfy and huge. Unfortunately there was no mattress protector :-( The view from the balcony was stunning. The bar on the rooftop is a plus

Definitely not a traditional Riad hotel. The area is very touristy and completely different from the Medina vibe. Good hotel for a business trip. It is very modern, but lacking some warmth

Hotel facing the sea, very close to the marina well renovated room. Smiling and welcoming staff. Excellent quality and well managed breakfast buffet. Beautiful and large Swimming pool downstairs. The sea view from the Buffet restaurant is magnificent...

We would have liked to take half board with a reasonable price. Breakfast and dinner not available on site.

The Barcelo hotel in Tangier was a great choice for my stay. The staff was friendly and the location was convenient for exploring the city.

it was great if the pump of the body lotion was originally in the hand wash or shampoo. It shocked me when I got some transparent jelly out of a milky lotion bottle.

The hotel location is very good and near to all attractions places in Tanager and the staff, food and everything is more than perfect. the totally hospitality was very excellent. Thank you so so much for Fatima CHROKI- Guest Experiences Manager for her excellent cooperation and hospitality and the excellent provided services during our stay. We will come again definitely.

The hotel is very modern and clean. Rooms were a nice size , beds were very comfortable .

The service was excellent.

The room was clean however no slippers in a 5* hotel! unbelievable. The main guy who I checked in with wasn’t the best, the night shift person was really friendly and the manager in the restaurant was good as well. The food was a bit oily when they made the breakfast. All in all not the best experience and they can do better.

Wouldn’t rate it as a 5* more like 3-4, had a random call when I was sleeping from a lady trying to promote the Hammam and other facilities. When I was booking the room I’m sure I put 2 persons hence 2 single beds in the room, however the guy at the reception made me pay for another person? what’s the purpose of having 2 single beds then? in the UK the hotels wouldn’t mind having 2 people plus a little kid as well. They are all after extorting money from people.

Hotel guests had to celebrate New Year's Eve outside in the cold because they rented out the bar on the 10th floor for a private event and the event for hotel guests on the first floor was sold out.

breakfast was good, coffee from machines terrible. At certain times the buffet got so crowded staff had a hard time to keep up.

Given the fact the Barcelo hotel chain often hosts families with small kids the hotel was noisy at times. Because of its central location right on the beach promenade rooms with a sea view are influenced by traffic noise from below. However, guests are close to everything, the medina, restaurants etc Almost everything is within walking distance.

Great location, amazing view on the beach especially from the restaurant. This time I booked a room with sea view and it was totally worth it. Breakfast is nice, the staff are both caring and professional. I especially appreciated a follow-up that was done after we've faced some issues last time, the hotel reached out, listened to the complaint and offered to make up for it and they totally elevated our experience to another level. A special thanks to the guest manager Fatimazahra for her amazing care and attention!

Nothing, it was a great stay!

Spacious light room with comfy beds, good lighting and plenty of plugs in the right places to charge phones etc. Extra's in the bathroom, and the toilet was separated by a door. Big walk in shower. Beautiful soft towels. and a balcony with a table and chairs.

I would have appreciated a kettle in the room, as I like to drink hot water first thing in the morning. The lifts were slow, as the hotel was full. The breakfast room was very busy too, but of course it was year end, so many visitors.
