Very basic but clean enough. Not enough tea bags.

Restaurant not open enough and had to eat elsewhere

Location was great
Room smelled musty. Had sticky stains on the floor. Bed was uncomfortable. Shower was awful, had pressure but only a small jet of water that came out. Could hear conversations in next rooms.

Needs a coat of paint and no parking

Close proximity to city
Was a little dated and old, but was clean

Spacious room, comfortable bed, clean and tidy, nice staff, they were willing to find a corner for me to park my motorbike if all the parks were taken, I did not want to have to part this in a wilson public park overnight for fear of vandalism or theft. I actually cancelled a booking at Naumi Studio as they wouldn't provide/confirm an onsite secure parking spot.
The restaurant/bar was not open, this should have been mentioned on Booking.com
Noisy, lots of drunk people to about 0400hrs can easily hear all of their conversations, shouting on the street from the 4th floor.
Wind noise was particularly bad against the windows and howling through the streets/buildings, double glazing would cut this down and allow a better nights sleep.
Thin walls between rooms, I could hear my neighbours banging a crashing through the night, their show and toilet flushing etec

Good central location and good size room
Some area’s and decor felt a little used and needed to be refreshed
Understand why, but would prefer a daily service of room which didn’t need to be requested

Noisy at night

The staff were awesome especially the young lady at reception who let us store our luggage. The room was value for money, comfortable and clean.
The body soap and shampoo was very watery and cheap. It felt like I was washing with chemicals and it made my hair extremely dry.

Excellent location
Noise at night

Good location; a warm and cosy room on a cold Wellington night. Shower had good pressure. I got a cheap deal via Booking.com for one night and so value for money was good.
One window catch was broken and so it was a bit noisier and more drafty in a good Wellington southerly than it should have been - curtains cut it out mostly though and the heat pump did the job.

Was perfect location and rooms were clean and tidy.
Having the room make up a bit earlier in the morning.

Needed work on building & bedside lamps, bathroom needed proper paint job
5.0
Very friendly & helpful staff.
The room was quite cold, wind coming through window even though it was closed. Could constantly hear children screaming in other rooms. Little bit mouldy & shower pressure was bad.

good location, well kept
There was a random person at the reception ( pretty sure they were not part of staff) who kept grilling me about where I was from ( which country) and when I told them from where , they insisted that I had to be a certain race ( which I wasn’t !). it was a bit annoying and diluted my experience negatively. I am assuming the staff could not also help as it would seem rude , this particular person was at the reception every time I went out of the property ( pretty much the whole day ! )

$30 for toast and coffee is just a little too expensive.
On our first morning we were told by dining room staff that breakfast was included in our room cost. Then on the 3td morning we were told it wasn't.
The confusion over what was included in our room charge.
Our booking confirmation advised our room included a microwave- there wasn't one.
There was no card to hand on the door for room servicing each morning. We asked at reception twice but no card appeared.

Pleasant staff, comfortable, no problems. Have stayed here many times over the years.

reception let me early checked in, room is wide and comfortable, especially the bed, after two weeks holiday park, hostel and airbnb, here i got the longest sleep time during this journey.
not easy to find light switch on button, it's not on the wall besides door like others, but besides one side of bed. if both has switch, will be better.

Good location at corner of Dixon and Willis st. Short 8 min walk to Cuba st and 15mins to Te Papa, all down gentle rise. 5 mins to buses. Good security key card system. Comfy firm beds. Multi function tv. I was upgraded to executive floor and room with a spa bath as my original room had a noisy a/c. Reception/duty manager was most helpful and resolving the issue.
Rooms in need of a serious update, apparently overdue. Single pane glass windows brings in some street noise. Room was missing its microwave and alarm clock. Some functions of tv not working.
8.0
the breakfast foods
very challenging and small parking spaces, very dangerous
