the bed was comfy.
the shower didn’t work properly, the a/c didn’t work at all. the breakfast is very poor. we forgot some in stuffs in the bedroom, we sent a message to them and they didn’t answer.

Location was good, truly in the centre but not noisy, very nice room with modern design, excellent breakfast, perfect internet - secure and good speed
Address was not easy to find, as roads have been blocked and access to the hotel by car was extremely difficult, on foot it was perfect

What more can anyone ask than the very location of this hotel at Avenue Habib Bourguiba ? Very close to exchange house STB, where they give one of the best rates in the city, close to Orange telephone operator where you could get a local sim, quite close to the clock tower and the famous cathedral of St. Vincent de Paul, also to Medina, also to the train station (to Sidi bou said or Carthage), very close to the massive Africa hotel. I could go on and on. The place also has access to taxis, very frequently available. The food is quite good and nice and healthy. I didn't feel bored. The hotel staff are quite approachable. The front view of the hotel facing a small school gave lot of nostalgic memories.
The hotel can generously provide 1 water bottle a day to guests instead of giving 1, only during the check in day. This is a miniscule good will gesture that would certainly have a lasting impression in the minds of guests, like me. Also minimal stuff like buckets (plastic) for people who has some stuff to wash, would help. These are again, miniscule as I stated to all the positives in the hotel. Should I ever want to come back to Tunis, I certainly would love to stay here again.

The staff were corteous and helpful. Good room size. Western style hotel. The breakfast had a decent selection/choice of food.
The AC in our room didnt seem to work and was quite warm during the night (it kept reverting to heat vs fan). Also, the wifi signal didnt seem very strong.

Close to the center
I was unpleasantly surprised by the poor conditions at this hotel. The internet was down in every room but available yet weak in the lobby. I wasn’t able to communicate with family, services, or check in for my flight until I left my hotel. There were strange stains on the sides of the bed frame and the green cafe downstairs was incredibly loud. If you’re just looking for somewhere questionably reasonable to lay your head, it will do a fair job but I won’t be staying here again.

First first of all the receptionist try to rip me off trying to convince me that I didn't pay the Tax .
The hotel near by mainster of defanc, over security and this make the taxes has to make long drive to reach there , the area around the hotel not that clean

I stayed here before and the room was very nice, that's why i returned back again, unfortunately this time my room was part of suite or something, and there were people and the room next to me and there was a door connecting those 2 rooms from inside, and the people in the other room were talking loudly until 2 AM which was soooooo bad experience because i had to wake up early because i had a flight

Located close to Main Street in Tunis. Walking distance to train station and Medina. Friendly, helpful staff. Good variety at breakfast.
Challenging for taxis to pick up/drop off due to blockades in area. When turning on air-conditioning, room smells like cigarette smoke. Weak wifi.

Good centrally located hotel close to souks and train station if you are getting around. Staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was simple but good - and room was well appointed and new. Would consider staying here again if back in town.
Rooms could have been cleaner but more attention to detail rather than minimum hygiene issues.
Corridor means you can hear people coming and going but that is with most places here

The hotel is close to the city center and all places of services, the rooms are very clean and comfortable, the prices are reasonable, and the staff were very friendly, it will be my favorite hotel when I will be back to Tunisia again.
