欧米のスキーリゾートを彷彿されるロケーションで、重厚感ある建物・雰囲気でした。私の理想にピッタリ。食事の内容も豊富で楽しめました。来シーズンは1週間滞在を計画しています。

サンゴロインは、スキーのリフトからしかアクセスができなくて、夜はもう外に出られないため、夜間は静かで最高の雰囲気になります。サンゴロイン以外の世の中は消えてしまいます。とても素敵。

高級や利便を求める方は他に泊まったほうがいいかも。

朝食が予想より品数及び味が良かった。宿泊中のドリンクサービスがとてもよかった。トイレも綺麗。ゲレンデ直結は意外とありますが、リフト前は珍しいです。最高です。又、そのリフトでは、リフト券購入出来ます。事前購入でQR購入も出来ます。中央ゲレンデロープウェイのスノーモービル送迎も嬉しかったです。めったに乗れませんからね。チェックアウトも１７時最終ロープウェイまで遊べます。今回下のリフトは、雪不足でほとんど動いていませんでした。下のホテル宿泊してた人は、可哀そうでした。ブーツや、手袋の乾燥機は、とても嬉しかった。

部屋の暖房設備が、石油ファンヒーターじゃなかったら良かった。オイルヒーターの方が嬉しいです。温泉だったらよかったけど、これ以上の贅沢は言えません。良くなかった所探す方が大変です。

Love this place very much, hope we can stay more days. Surrounding was beautiful. Staff was friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stayed.

Room a bit stuffy and dark

Nice and rustic cabin type hotel experience up on the mountain side. Ski in and ski out facilities. Hot chocolate to die for. Fireplaces.

Cleanliness and maintenance of the hotel need not also be rustic. Good selection of food, but there is room for improvement in the overall quality of the food.

Friendly Staff, Amazing Free Breakfast Buffet, Awesome Location, Pick up and drop off with a snow truck, Rental at Location, Instant Lift Access! Kool party snow globe! 100 % will be back!

Very cool Inn located on Zao mid mountain! Food was delicious. Enjoyed playing pool and using the massage chair!

Unfortunately their phone number didnt work so we had to walk in the freezing cold with all our bags in the snow from the gondola station. Beds were very firm and walls were very thin so make sure you bring ear plugs if you want to sleep. Ladies shower room was extremely small and very busy.

I love the breakfast! And the coffee is so good! I enjoyed playing in the game room and the massage chair is great!

There's no yukata or clothes to wear for sleeping.
