Mar 2022We rented this unit for a one week stay. During our stay we lost internet and cable several times a day for six of the seven days we were there. When we asked for help from the front desk we were given a tech support number to call to deal with on our own. We called the number over 10 times and while they were friendly the problem took anywhere from 30 minutes to 3 hours to fix. I emailed the property contact at the midpoint of my stay and to date have yet to hear from them.
This unit faced an eight lane busy road . The 24 hour road noise was only partially muted by earplugs.
All in all we feel the cost of this unit was excessive relative the value we received.

Feb 2016We had a wonderful stay. Our only regret was that we didn't stay longer. The property was clean and well maintained, and the staff was very accommodating.

Apr 2022This property was really good with one exception. Our room was on a corner of two of the busiest streets in the area. Traffic noise at night was loud even with earplugs. All other aspects of property were great.

Mar 2021The staff are friendly and helpful, the bed is super comfortable, the unit has a good shower and deep bathtub. It is not a luxury accomodation, but had everything that we needed. We'd stay there again if we find ourselves in Tuscon.

We would all be a lot richer if we were able to forecast weather conditions in the future. I would have appreciated the resort fee being included when I booked the stay since I appreciate the total amount disclosed when making arrangements. Other than that, we enjoyed your resort.

The lobby has a cheery. holiday-decorated living room kind of area that we very much enjoyed spending time in playing cards, etc.We usually do something different each year but my wife said this was the first place she thought might actually be worth coming back to!

Mar 2017Our condo was clean and equipped with everything we needed including nice pool towels. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and laundry was free. The only downside was it was located on a busy street so if you were on the street side it was noisy on weekend nights but it was convenient to many of the things we wanted to do.

May 2016My husband and I stayed one night and we were very impressed. We never booked on VRBO before and we found this place to be clean and comfortable. The unit had a complete kitchen set-up, living room area, and one bedroom. The bed was amazing! Normally when my husband and I stay somewhere, we always have issues with the bed (e.g., sheets rough, mattress lumpy, etc.). This bed was comfortable! We didn't have a chance to use the pool or gym. Our trip was short and very pleasant. The staff were very friendly and really cared about you.

Mar 2022It's an unusual kind of hotel in that everything is self service. Even the front door is keyed. The rooms are comfortably furnished and clean, although during our stay there still was no housekeeping because of COVID. David, at the front desk, was very helpful.

Room was not cleaned despite listing stating would be cleaned midway through stay. Asked front desk for cleaning service with 3 & 1/2 days of stay left, said needed a days notice(which was fine), but never cleaned room.

Mar 2018All around a great place. The bedroom suite was spacious, very clean, updated, and very well appointed. Everything you would need in kitchen ware, and even the cook ware was high end. Pool and patio area very nice. The staff was helpful and professional. The price is very reasonable. This is a great bargain in Tucson!
