The family room was quite big, good size for a family stay.

First of all when we walked into the Four Season Place, Pattaya the reception area where we checked in, it was hot, no air conditioner on for guests who arrived and the hotel staff had poor hotel staff uniform on when it rated as a 4 star hotel on the website! The hotel looks poor and need a lot of maintainian. The pool looked very dirty, not very healthy to swim and we had to complain about the hygiene of the pool. :-( The hotel looked poorly and very old, it need a lot of maintenance to be a 4 star hotel as rated on the website. We feel this hotel was a very poor 3 star hotel rather than a 4 star hotel. We as a guest were misleading on the website when we booked online. We felt very disappointed to stay in this hotel. The breakfast buffet area was hot, no air conditioner was on at all! The breakfast was very basic, no coffee machine for guests to choose to have a latte or cappuccino etc. but a coffee pot which tasted horrible. There were flies in the room flying around as well, shockingly! We as guests felt how dirty to sit in and had breakfast with flies were flying around us and with no AC on at all. It's hot and very uncomfortable and we felt how poorly this 4 star hotel as rated was. Also the hotel searved "margarine" rather than "butter" It cheaps and not very healthy for guest to eat. We felt it poorly at breakfast and the hotel doesn't have a proper hotel toaster for guests to use but a small cheap toaster that not fit to use in a hotel. The hotel Wi-Fi internet was VERY POOR as well. The television in the room was also old and the screen was not very clear either. Not pleasant to watch tv with an unclear screen! The hotel location was not closed to any Pattaya attractions. We as guest needed to call a taxi to go to any where, we could walk to the beach but it was a long way walk.

The amenities were very minimal.

Nothing, just the location is ok.

1. Rooms a very bad and stuffy 2. Outdated furniture that stinks 😷 3. Dirty bathrooms 4. The maintenance staff in the night just used the master key and batten in to the room for some electrical repair work without ringing the bell or knocking the door. 5. the food was very very mediocre.

Free Upgrade, the room was much bigger and comfortable than expected. Had a fantastic kitchen facility, but i chose not to use. Very close to pubs and restaurants, markets. Great location. Had an initial problem but sorted swiftly. I would stay again.
