Staff were extremely helpful and friendly
Pictures for each rooms are a bit deceiving- we had stayed in a room with a massive balcony before & thought we had booked the same but they gave us a completely different one. It also states sea view & sea can only be seen if you wrap head around the balcony. Main Door was broken for the two days we were there & had to call multiple times to the janitor to let us in as they don’t have staff overnight. On some occasions they didn’t pick up but they were super helpful when they did to be fair. At 1am someone was banging on our door - I didn’t answer as I was a bit scared and had a baby. In the morning I told the receptionist and she said it was someone from the hotel checking to see if we were in? Pls don’t knock on my door at 1am!! Really loud music until 3am from a club next door - no sound proofing, really loud.

the wifi is good quality and the staff is lovely! receptionist is very helpful and nice, the location is perfect
its doesn’t have a lift and rooms are small, balcony is very very small so no space to hang anything (e.g towels etc) theres is no parking near the hotel so a few mins walk it is. Also as from 7pm there is no staff in hotel so any emergency you’ll need to sort out yourself

The staff are as friendly & as helpful as possible-by far the best we’ve encountered in many years.

Adored the location, so central to town and the beach. Great room with balcony... Very romantic! Comfortable bed, perfect kitchen facilities, powerful shower with plenty of lovely hot water! A great stay and will return.
I feel bad to give negatives but Unfortunately there was a really bad smell in the room from the bathroom drains. Also a lot of building work going on next door and underneath hotel, which was messy and noisy, but these things can't be helped at the very start of the season when businesses are preparing. Honestly it had no effect on how lovely our stay was. Generally really lovely. Highly recommended!

Great location and 2 minutes walk to beach. Room spotlessly clean. A duvet was available if air con was being used. Small fridge in room was very handy. Friendly and professional staff.
