Large modern apartment, with good size swimming pool, sauna and pleasant garden, conveniently located above a shopping plaza.

Bedroom not adequately insulated from noise from 2-day music event in park across the road. On check out, reception manager was unable to refund my AUD 370 deposit.

The location is excellent, and they are very thoughtul and responsive. I ask for the quiet room and told them that my son is having birthday during our stay. They gave us a quiet room, a cake, ballons and wishes notes. Really appreciate it.

Staff were exceptional, we traveled to Jakarta from Bali to celebrate a friends 30th Birthday. The staff organised cake, balloons and a beautiful photo montage to be playing on arrival. The bed was amazingly comfortable, and the rooms were incredibly spacious and grand. I can not fault anything about our stay here, I will definitely be staying here in my next trip to Jakarta.

Overall is good, only they don't provide coffee and regular tea in the kitchen. It's ok if you stay for one night but for longer stay you need to buy your own beverages to stock up.

From the first time we entered the lobby until we checked out, the staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was spacey enough for kids to play and it was really clean and accommodating. The best was the location was right in the middle of Jakarta and happened to be exactly on the mall complex which was really awesome. I have so many things to say, but in short, it was one of the best family holiday we had!
