This is a great accommodation option for those who plan to stay longer and be out all day.
I personally feel that it is not suitable for people who want to stay in the accommodation for a long time.
The bath and toilet are separate.
There is enough space to open two suitcases at the same time, so there is no stress.
Anyway, they are understaffed, but they do the minimum cleaning.
It is a far from the town.

Room is big, clean and quiet. Kitchen utensils provided and can cook simple meals.
Stay for 3 nights with buffet breakfast but on the last day of our stay the hotel changed it to an American breakfast set meal even we have paid the price of the buffet breakfast. Hotel should inform us in advance should we want to take up the set meal breakfast if that day no buffet breakfast available.

onsen was good.
Location is not convenient because we normally use Hirafu.

Shuttle bus to ski area and commercial area.
it is not a ski in ski out resort, location a bit far from ski area and commercial area, should provide more shuttle buses as we must go out to eat, there is only one restaurant in the hotel with limited food selection.

the staffs are very friendly. the onsen is great! there is massage service in the hotel that helps you to relax after ski. the rooms are clean and tidy, very spacious.
the hotel restaurant was not opened on week days, will be great if the restaurant can open to make it easy for hotel guests.

1) Quite secluded location away from the main road.
2) With own Onsen which is for me, very good because I can wind down after a long day outside. plus the fact that the bathroom is very small to begin with.
3) Staffs were trying hard to explain everything to you, but could do better in attending to the needs of exhausted travellers.
4) our room was spacious - we came in a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) - with a queen sized bed, 2 tatami style bed and one sofa bed.
1) Quite far away from Hirafu but near Moiwa ski resort. I went to Hirafu ski areas so it took about 15-20 minutes.
2) the room was warm and to some extent stuffy … the thermostat was quite hard and confusing to fiddle with.

Very happy we stayed here. Friendly staff, heaters in the hallway where we dried our ski gloves. Kitchen had what we needed, nice breakfast buffet with Japanese and western food. Nice outdoor onsen. Relaxed atmosphere. I am very happy we stayed here. The price was right.
Hard beds. Location is a little far out but no problem for us as we rented a car.

The resort is very nice, clean, and offers excellent amenities. It has a very nice onsen with amazing views of the snow covered trees and mountain slopes (in the winter). About 15 minutes walking to the nearest ski slopes. Restaurant also has very good buffet breakfast and dinners.
The hotel does not provide much useful transportation options, so you have to get a taxi to go just about anywhere. Without anything else close by, this can limit options.

The room was very spacious and also had a kitchen with many appliances. Especially if you are staying for a longer ski holiday, it's nice to have the ability to cook at your hotel room so you don't need to eat out everyday. The fridge in the room was also large!
The onsen in the hotel were amazing. Real onsen water from the natural hot water springs which is good for your skin and a great way to relax after a long day of skiing is to soak in the hot bath for a while. There is one inside and one outside bath. Only one of the onsen has a sauna but they switch the men and women section daily so we all got the chance to take a sauna too. It would have been perfect if both onsen had a sauna, but it's only a small detail.
The breakfast was delicious and a lot: normally it is a buffet style breakfast, but due to Covid it became a set breakfast. You could order extra bread, drinks, soup, cornflakes etc.
We had dinner at the hotel's restaurant Tura one night and it was superb. We had the course dinner for 4,200 yen which was a good price for the quality.
We really liked the location, but we did rent a car. The hotel is a bit on the side so if you depend on public transport you will need to leave the ski resort early to get to the bus stop on time.
The only thing I did not like about the hotel was that is was too hot inside. They turn the thermostat up to 27 degrees celsius or more which was a bit too hot for me personally. But some people might like that.
