The JR Kyushu hotel Blossom in Tokyo,
We stayed 5 days at this amazing hotel and will love to stay again. since you enter the lobby you can see that they go the extra mile, delicious smell and the service is fantastic. The front desks service made us feel welcome and was very helpful providing us with help to reservations needed and how to access the closest places to visit. The hotel bed was comfortable and a big size bedroom.
The breakfast was delicious; with western and Japanese options. A chef that will cook fresh eggs, my best breakfast in the hotels that I stayed during this trip. Walking distance to Shinjuku train station, restaurants and seven eleven. Overall the best hotel of the five, I stayed in Japan.
Nothing to complaint.

Great location and friendly staff. Clean and upscale. Good breakfast as well.
Small room size. Expensive. But very much in line with any other property in the area. Tōkyō in general is expensive and small. We found this place to be the best value of them all.

The location of the room was great. The bathroom was a good size. The room was a bit small for 2 people with 2 large suitcases. The restaurant would not accommodate us for dinner even though there was seating available. This was a common theme in this area so not sure if Tuesday is a day that they dont seat tourists. Not a big deal we found a food hall that served us. I did appreciate the late check out (for a fee). Our flight was at 6pm so it was nice to stay in the room until 1pm.
The size of the room.

La propreté et le petit déjeuner
L’étroitesse des chambres et le petit déjeuner à emporter le dernier jour (heure départ matinal) tout à fait ridicule

Location. Quiet in a convenient area.

We recently completed a 4-week journey across Japan, staying in five different hotels, and JR Blossom Hotel Shinjuku was our favorite. Its unbeatable location just across from Shinjuku Station, with convenient stores like Lawson and 7-11 nearby, provided us with a hassle-free stay.
What really stood out for us was the accommodating staff, especially regarding the child policy. Traveling with children over 6 can be tricky in Japan due to their adult classification in hotels, but JR Blossom handled this smoothly unlike others we stayed at.
The hotel’s facilities were great. The lobby has a foreign exchange machine, an amenity station, and even a luggage scale. The coin-operated laundry machines on several floors were a lifesaver, especially with their integrated soap feature.
Our room, although compact as is typical in Japan, was surprisingly comfortable for the four of us. The bathroom, equipped with a functional bidet and a combination of shower and tub. The tub was a hit with the kids. The shampoo and conditioner were so good, I wished I could take them home with me.
A minor hiccup was the room’s two-prong outlets since I had a three-prong laptop charger, but the hotel was able to provide an adapter. There’s also an electronics store a few blocks away if you’re stuck in Japan without an adapter.
The hotel’s breakfast, served in the lobby restaurant, is a must-try. Offering both Asian and Western options, it was the best out of the other hotel breakfasts we had. It’s more economical to include it in your Booking.com reservation, a lesson we learned after paying separately and realizing the value and convenience it offered.
Overall JR Blossom Hotel Shinjuku provided a perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and service, making our Japan experience unforgettable. We are already planning to return next year and will definitely be staying here again. A tip for future travelers: book early, as their rooms fill up fast!

Great location and super friendly and helpful staff. We needed to send our bags to Kyoto and the lady at the front desk called our next accommodation to help us which was super nice! Also the room was super clean and we got fresh towels everyday
The bed was a little too firm

Room was clean and facilities ok. Breakfast buffet was good although it could get boring if you eat there more than 2 days. There were a lot of malls around and the shinjuku station was only a 5 minutes' walk from the hotel.
I thought it was adjacent to the station but it's a short walk away. Still convenient but the heat or rain can get to you...

Excellent location
The room was a bit small but I suppose this is in the centre of Tokyo/Shunjuku, so it is to be expected.

The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The breakfast at the hotel was amazing. The room and beds were very comfortable. The room was quiet even though we were in the middle of Tokyo. It was close to the Shinjuku train/bus station.
When we travel back to Japan, I would consider a hotel in a slightly different area of Tokyo. Shinjuku Station can get you to most anywhere you want to go in Japan, and they have a JR Rail Exchange office (which was handy). But we didn't end up spending much time in Shinjuku.

the location cannot be beaten
it only had two lifts for all floors

the staff were exceptional!
no room service for meals. The comparison to other Tokyo hotels we have stayed at is unfair since most were 5 star hotels or close to 5 star at cost 3 or more times higher.

Everything but especially the position and cleanliness. everything works well and there are lots of everything you need!
Nothing.

Love the location, a stone throw away from Shinjuku Expressway bus terminal (which we took to Mount Fuji and Disneyland), JR Shinjuku station.
Very friendly staff, assist with luggage forwarding which we paid about 4.4K yen for 2 medium size luggage.
Buffet spread is the same, could do more with varieties.

I would love to stay at hotel again, however I think prices have jumped since my last visit. If there was any promos on offer or discounted price, I would definitely stay there again. Only feedback I have at this stage

9.0
I love that the hotel is near Shinjuku train station and provides easy access to fast food joints, supermarkets, restaurants, Takashimaya, Isetan and the National Park. Rooms are modern, pretty big and clean, and there are 3 washing machines and drink vending machines located on the 6th, 10th and 14th floor. Reception staff are super friendly, helpful and proficient in English, especially the gentleman Shibahara san who helped us bring our numerous luggage bags to the next-door hotel for the limo bus to the airport. Breakfast spread is surprisingly good and offers a wide range of food, and the restaurant is pleasant and comfy.
The range of amenity kits is small though they offer the basic items like brush/comb, toothbrushes, etc.
