机场到酒店的免费班车非常方便，机场最后一班发车23:35，推荐搭乘。 客房宽敞，两张单人床也很大，两人入住轻松自在。

早餐结束时间太早（6:30-9:30），8:30左右用餐高峰，9点左右有些餐品没了就不再补充。

空港へのシャトルバスが良かったです。 2階にファミマがあるのも有難いです。

I always the way the hotel arranges the airport shuttle with tickets so that guests can be assured they will have access to the airport. The staff are always helpful and friendly.

I would prefer to have more shuttle buses available to/from the hotel, perhaps 2x per hour rather than 1x per hour.

The Hotel is just 1 station away from Kansai International Airport. Since we need to catch a morning flight back to our home country hence we decided to find a closer hotel to airport. This hotel provides free shuttle to airport, which you can book upon check-in. The double room is spacious than our hotels in Osaka & Tokyo. The Rinku Town train station is just 5-minute walk, connected to station. There is 24-hour family mart at Level 2. This hotel also walking distance to factory outlet.

The location is good as it is within walking distance to the shopping area surrounding the hotel and access to airport is convenient (free shuttle provided by hotel) and the category sizes of rooms is plenty.

The hotel is within 5 minutes walk from the Rikku Town subway station and 10 minutes from the Rinku Premium outlets which is a great place for shopping duty free luxury products. The breakfast served at this hotel had a wide variety of dishes to choose from and my family had a filling and delicious breakfast there. The room is very spacious and full of essential items like hair dryer and toiletries etc.

The bed mattress at this hotel is quite hard and it might not be confortable for some travellers. They only provide free bus shuttle services to Kansai international airport before 10am each day.

Close to outlet. Shuttle bus is available between hotel and airport. Room was spacious.

The front desk staff seemed not interested in guests’ needs. The staff who served us was impatient and sighed a lot when we asked about breakfast and stuff. Not a very welcoming experience

Staff is very nice. Tutu is kind and giving us good information. Good location to travel and shopping. There is hotel airport limousine.

thr hotel is a little bit dated

very nice hotel, convenient, and very short distance to rinku station. every thing is great, nice view, and free parking. the receptionist is from Taiwan, check-in experience is very great.
