Property is clean and beautiful

I love everything, there’s a restaurant and a bar where you can order your drinks and Chill out side in the garden.

The breakfast selection was not as great. There were hardly much options to select from, if you did not eat beef or pork

I didn't like that the receptionist upon checking in, was really unfriendly. The safe in the room never worked so I had to carry my personal belongings with me often. The kettle did not work in my room, there were no instructions on which number to call for reception, house keeping etc. There isn't even a menu for room service.

The check in and out process was quick, the bed was comfortable, the couch was clean.

The teaspoon and saucer were used and dirty, the bag stand was filthy, the fridge had a broken piece placed inside it, the toilet seat was broken.

The place looks clean, Priscilla at the bar was great! Breakfast quality wasn't that great.

The walls are too thin, not sound proof. I could hear the people next door.
