Location, full board menu, restaurant catering for dietery preferences, overall room cleanliness and comfort - needed to book early to secure place and venue, wifi was good enough

Toiletries, milk sachets coffee sachets werent adequately kept - late check in would have not helped. Better to keep a room for 2 ppl not enough lobby area to meet guies

Service housekeeping not upto the mark needs to train staff to cater to simple requests like drinking water

Location was great. Easy to locate.

Bathroom wasn’t clean. There was only one bath towel in bathroom however I have booked for two people. No hand towel or face towel. Breakfast was bad with extra salt in everything. Mattress was very bad and I got a backache.

Cleanliness, Food and staff behaviour excellent and co-operative. Hotels is closer to Riverfront Flower Park but not opposite of the same..

Parking space is very small for such property and during our departure water at bathroom was very slow and were given 2nd floor stay though we appreciated for top floor so that we had a better Riverfront view.

This was my repeat stay at the property, as we were very satisfied during our first stay. But this time the AC was dripping water inside the room and onto the bed next to it....this after we had brought to the notice of the staff the noise coming from the AC, but as usual they did not take it seriously, and then after 12 O-clock they offered ti change our room!!! And secondly, my colleague brought to the notice of the cracked mirror right opposite the bathroom door and he was like ' It is not a good sign to stay in a room with a cracked mirror'

We had a fabulous stay, it was clean, staff were friendly, and breaksfast was plentiful and delicious. I left a personal item in our room upon checkout, I was glad that the trustworthy staff made arrangements to return it - thank you! We hope to visit again soon.
