Not ready for a high occupancy. The restaurant for breakfast was very mess. Waiting time just to enter the lift could reach 10 minutes. Self service for the drinking water and the dispenser was very bad.

The aircond matter and smell and the amenity like soap not really look after also the bed sheet seem nit good since i was there 2018,2019,2020 were really good nice room smeel nice n aircond smeel good n cold also the toilet have no problem and check in fast but now were changed opposite.So how come the hotel before so good n nice changes to be like that so sad, eventhough other hotel similar class/level or below the Ibis transtudio prices for such that siruation services in the room are to high compate others news hotel honest!

For the price I pay, the hotel was okay. Overall its clean.

Ibis being Ibis, the room and bathroom are small. Not the best housekeeping. They took out my slippers on the 2nd day. The cups are full of stain (coffee/tea marks), There was a small cockroach in my bathroom. There's a soap dispenser in the shower box, so they dont bother to provide shower tray, not easy to bring my other shower equipment in to the box. took forever for the operator to pick up the phone. Breakfast food need improvement

Not at all happy with the size of the room. Very disappointing.
