No good very worm😱

The toilet won't work. The toilets in the three rooms are all broken.😡

We had a late check-in and I truly appreciate the staff who waited for us to check-in. The location of the resort is just few minutes drive to Alona and there are nearby restaurant and some grocery shop.

I booked 2 nights(June 2023) coz I thought my child can use the pool during our stay but the water was dirty. They tried to clean it but it really needs some chemical to make it clear. The room lack some furniture there is a table and 2 monoblock chairs but still you need place to keep ur things,clothes and etc.The toilet tank needs to be checked coz sometimes there is no water in it, the float valve needs to be fixed. The room needs more outlet , the outlet near to he bed is in the middle of the headboard where the two bedside lamps are plugged...so if you need to charge you need to remove one lamp. We tried to cancel the 2nd night but we were ask to.contact booking.com and we did try to send a message via email and it bounce back, we tried the chat option but no response, we tried to call the phone number but unreachable. I was frustrated in trying to cancel the booking coz there was no help from reception. Sine I don't want to ruin my whole day trying to cancel the booking I just call a friend who is willing to stay and I look for another hotel stay.

Bed was comfortable, people were helpful, smell inside the room was very pleasant, clean and quiet.

great location and very handy to Alona beach. Shannon is very knowledgeable about the area and excursions are available at reception. very reasonably priced and would definitely stay again.

inside it’s a quiet nice pool with a clean airconditioned room. Staff is friendly and helps very good. For the price definitely worth it but accept that it is not perfect Easy to rent a scooter or take a tuk tuk to the center of Panglao. Walkable also 20 min along the road. there is a small minimart on the otherwise where you can get some groceries (we were surprised)

Did miss the restaurant service when we were there.

Nice place with pool and friendly staff. It's not far from center...cca 15-20 min by walk, by scooter few minutes. Rooms were cozy. We only had a problem with sound of dripping AC so we asked for a room change, which happened almost instantly. Just across the street is shop, lvl above laundry and during evenings good street food just next door.
