The staff were excellent and went over and beyond to help. The location is excellent.

The hotel is overall more tired than the photos and our rooms were dark. The doors all have alarms that beep if you do t close it properly and there were door alarms beeping constantly which became very annoying. The rooftop bar was also not quite as photographed but nice.

The staff were fantastic, they couldn't do enough for you. Especially Liam, who fitted a Vietnamese sim in my phone as I didn't have the pin to open the sim card tray. He advised us on negotiation tactics with the locals and always enquired as to what we had seen and where we had been. The breakfast was varied and delicious, and the breakfast staff were efficient and friendly. There are 2 chilled fresh water jars in the lobby, filled with lemon orange and mint. Just what you need after walking around the streets in 34 degrees. The hotel location is excellent with Hoan Kiem Lake about 100 metres away and Note Coffee a similar distance. Pizza 4Ps is just around the corner and serves excellent Italian food. You just need to reserve a table in advance, which I did via Google. On checking in, you are greeted with cold towels, banana bread and cold watermelon juice and your bags taken to your room. On checking out, we were presented with Vietnamese coffee and filter as the staff waived us off from the front of the hotel. If we visit Hanoi in the future, we will definitely return.

Our only negative comment would be the loud music from the Sky Bar on Saturday night. It stopped at 11pm, and we were warned in advance.

From the initial welcoming drink of cinnamon and ginger and a slice of banana cake you were made to feel like a valued customer Room was excellent, well decorated and furnished - just what you need after a long flight The hotel provide an excellent map, with a description of the variety of local dishes, and recommended places to eat - this was a very welcome addition and I used it to good effect. I was departing early the following day and was presented with a takeaway package - so thoughtful and of excellent quality The roof top bar was very nice, with great views. I did find the drinks a little expensive, but it had a nice ambience, complete with patio heaters I would return to this hotel, as the staff are extra special.

Le personnel est très serviable. Particulièrement le directeur M. Anh Hai, toujours à notre écoute, et toujours à notre aide. Et mademoiselle Suzan à la réception est exceptionnelle ! Le petit déjeuner est très varié et de très bonne qualité.

아침 식사는 매울 훌륭하였고 우리 동료들은 모두 만족하였다. 특히 치킨 쌀국수는 전문점 수준의 음식이 제공되었다. 그리고 직원들을 매우 친절하였다. 다음에 하노이에 방문한다면 다시 이곳을 선택할 것이다.

호텔의 구조가 앞은 좁고 뒤로 기다란 형태라서 처음에는 실망스러웠지만 지내다 보니 나름 아쉽지만 불편하지는 않았다.

이 숙소의 장점은 위치, 맛있는 조식 그리고 무엇보다도 직원들의 친절한 서비스입니다.

시설이 최신식은 아닌데 직원들이 친절해서 괜찮음.

Good, central location. Helpful staff, if a little overbearing at breakfast. Best breakfast throughout our trip.
