Location was fantastic and great facilities.

Beautiful lobby. Friendly staff who were extremely helpful with onward travel plans. In-room coffee maker. Powerful shower.

I had to sidle along the bed to get in; it was v tightly positioned. The bed was a little hard.

The hotel is so posh! The location is great near the train station and 10 minutes to Tokyo station.

The shared baths could be a bit cleaner (the water itself). I went when it had just opened and saw rubber bands on the shared bath floor.

Wish we could have stayed longer

The hotel was modern, quite big and had very nice decor with good sized rooms. Everything was very clean and we were very comfortable. The fact that access to the spa/sauna/bath facilities was included is a definite bonus. Although the location is not central, access by train is very easy and it really is within 10 minutes of Tokyo station. We spent 17 days in Japan and paid essentially the same price for all of our stays. This hotel was the best overall value for the price.

The Onsen is really good but make sure you are aware of the times it is open The small supermarket near the entrance is super convenient Ice maker and microwave on each floor and there is a guest laundry Very close to the station but do not underestimate just how big Tokyo station is. Getting to different platforms can be complex and a long walk. Be aware of what line you need

The gym is poorly equipped and small The restaurant was super busy at breakfast (many kids visiting Disneyland) and no real ambience - but an excellent breakfast For dinner you are better off going to the hotel next door (opposite the station) with the Piano player - better ambience Be aware none of the buses stop here for Narita (or Haneda) and tough to get to Tokyp station and catch the train if you have heavy luggage. Cab to Narita is v expensive - best to search on line for airport transfer services There was a fee for a late check out in spite of us booking an expensive room, staying 3 nights and requesting this when we booked (Hotel staff seem to have no discretion around this whatsoever - its the rules!)

If you have young kids, this is close to all child friendly activities such as Disneyland, disneysea, Legoland, team lab planets, etc. If you want to be in areas like Shinjuku, harajuku, omotesando, etc it's a few changes to access them so book as per your needs. Staff are helpful and the rooms were comfortable.

The laundry facilities are a joke (there's only 4 machines for the entire hotel and the queues are long and impractical). This situation has to be fixed. Also the rooms are not being vacuumed thoroughly clean during the stay, we found several dusty items during our stay.

It’s a hidden gem in Tokyo Shiomi area. Great hotel to stay!

The location was good, very close to/just across the road from Shiomi subway station which was just 9 mins from Tokyo station. We didn't use it for Disney but clearly many people do and it will be very easy for that. The hotel was modern and clean and the room was spacious and well equipped although the door opening directly onto the bathroom was a little strange but we got used to it. The breakfast was excellent, even though eggs had been withdrawn from the menu completely a month before due to 'national shortages' and replaced by a local beef dish. (We had eggs at every other hotel we stayed in on this trip!) We also liked the Family Mart being at the entrance to the hotel for all our little extras, snacks and necessities. This was very welcome when we came back in the evening too!

The bathroom design was a little strange but manageable, with separate shower/bath and toilet rooms and a separating door into the bedroom. There isn't much around the hotel apart from easy access to the subway and into central Tokyo.

Great location as the Keiyo line is easy access to Disneyland, Tokyo station (long walk on arrival though), and other lines to access the city. Room was really large and decent facilities overall. Staff were polite and spoke excellent English. Family Mart attached to building was good, plus a decent amount of eating options nearby.

Bed ok, but pillows were AWFUL! I ended up using a cushion from the couch (wrapped in a towel) just so that I could sleep. No access to the onsen due to tattoos. Policy needs to change, especially given the number of foreign tourists.

the public bath was amazing and such a great feature for tired travelers. the hotel is also conveniently close to the Shiomi train station.it’s just a short 19 min ride west to Tokyo station or 15 east to Disneyland
