Great room and super helpful staff - helped to arrange our visit to Komoro Distillery. Pizza restaurant has fantastic food!

The location proximity to Old Ginza Street put everything interest within walking distance. Also the concept of having room tuck behind shops is interesting. The bar and lobby is picturesque and deserve a quiet sit.
While room is spacious, there's not a lot of place to tuck luggage or hang clothes. Not a big deal but could be better. The toilet is very cold comparing to room.

房間蠻大的 有地暖 床也很好睡
位置比較偏一點 步行到車站要半小時 從車站過來的公車最晚六點半就沒了 如果是自駕的旅客應該會更方便

冬天有地熱的榻榻米超舒服😌
榻榻米床比一般的雙人床好睡🤣
備品超多～茶跟咖啡很好喝～
地點還不錯只是離車站有點距離，移動上比較不方便
但是騎腳踏車、搭公車搭、計程車都可以到！
有幾天我們是散步回來大概走路30分鐘，當飯後運動也不錯！
小缺點是沒有洗衣服的地方，但是櫃檯有推薦開車10分鐘的地方有自助洗衣！
不過因為沒有開車所以我們沒有去🤣

Big comfortable room with all the essential amenities and heated floor.

The room is great for family as there is a lot of space, we stay couple of days and we had switch room due the the booking, but the 2nd room we liked most as there is small entrance area that you can place your language and shoes too.
The location is a bit far from train station and ski resort but since we were driving, that is not an issue to me

Great, modern hotel in the middle of the tourist area. Long but easy walk from the train. Restaurants nearby for dinner. Breakfast in the Italian restaurant in the hotel was fine.

Hotel is a mix between Japanese and western style, like most of Karuizawa actually. Good location in the center of the town. They have rooms suitable for families, ours had two bunk beds for instance.

Excellent location in Kyukaruizawa (in an upscale shopping plaza), modern rooms.
The hotel is your typical western modern hotel.
While the location is central, you do have to catch a bus from Karuizawa to Kyukaruizawa.
Kyukaruizawa mostly shuts down at night, and by breakfast there's maybe one bakery open on the entire street at 8am.

Great location, clean and cosy room, great support from the staffs. This hotel is also good in price compared to other hotels in the same area.
when you access to the rooms, it is an outside area which you need umbrellas in case of the rain(hotel already has plenty of umbrellas, but a little bit inconvenient. Also it will be great if the hotel can provide dinner since most of the restaurants in this area close early.

Good european (Italian) breakfast. The location of this hotel is good, close to the shopping street. The room is clean with large bathroom. Staff are friendly and helpful.
The room size are not according to the size as stated in the booking condition (not smaller but some are much larger). This caused confusion as we have booked for a group with the same room type, some get larger room and some get much smaller (the smaller room size is still according to the booking condition).
