The bed was squeaky and very unstable. Old pillows and linens. The bed did not have a top sheet. Water bugs all over the room. TV did not work. Room needed a good cleaning. Ceiling fan full of dust.

Having breakfast easily available and included was great. The staff, especially Monica were wonderful. The room was quiet and clean and bigger than I expected. The view is amazing and the central location was perfect for our plans.
The photos of the pool were misleading. We were hoping to have a nice place to swim at the end of he day but did not use the pool. It was pretty rough around the edges/bare bones. The mattresses could use an upgrade.

A little off the beaten path, our room was huge, the staff was friendly, the view was nice, the 'prepared for us' breakfast was excellent, and the price was right. The room was a little 'mature' but met our expectations.

Included breakfast, on-site parking, quiet location and guests.
After hours check in was difficult - almost had to sleep in my car the first night, even though I had been in contact with the facility ahead of time. Needed more parking lot lighting. Pool needed skimming.

You need transportation to get anywhere around there on the island. Cabs was expensive and I believe the hotel should list this on the site.

I was pleased with everything. Monica was the best. She made the stay even better with her hospitality and presence. The satellite TV was very cloudy which made it hard to watch. Thanks and will definitely stay again.

I liked that it was secluded and off the beaten path. I like that it had a refrigerator and access to a microwave downstairs.
I didn’t like that there wasn’t transportation or reasonable taxi’s. it’s a must you rent a car here! I didn’t like that there was no breakfast the first day and we found hair in the bathroom EVERYWHERE! I didn’t like that there was a concrete time for breakfast posted and that you can not reach anyone after 5pm if needed.

I called earlier on arrival day and talked to the proprietor about arriving by ten pm. All seemed ok. Then we arrived and could not get in. They had NOT sent the code. I used the red phone that was supposed to connect with office people. It rang but I could not connect with anyone. Our phones were useless because of poor cell service. We waited.
After an hour we drove to find another hotel, and cell phones COULD work, and finally connected with proprietor. Only to find out wifi codes not listed. Had to call again on that. Midnight, we were settled.
Good breakfast, though.
