The location

It’s not clean at all and the wifi is only working in the lobby only not in rooms

The staff were good and helpful.

The size of the space. I stayed in Room 209 Room is small and ill-ventilated. It constantly smells dingy! Bathroom is actually just a toilet―it is so small that you end up touching the commode while you lather yourself, water splashes on you from the commode when you bath/shower. Not the best experience!

The staffs were understanding

The rooms are not like shown in the images. The room is very unclean which has been painted ages ago and you would find dust near the setup box and tv. The standard rooms have no window and the rooms smells because of no ventilation in the room. I booked for 2 days but cancelled the booking after 1 day. Extremely disappointed in what I saw with what is shown in the photos. The staffs were the only plus to this places as they were very understanding but they could not do much about the room conditions as all rooms were similar. We requested for upgrade as I was ready to pay but there were not rooms available and was also of similar size Would not recommend this place
