The room was big and the bed comfortable. The AC and other equipment in the room was also fine and maintained. The staff was courteous. Tea coffe and fridge was available. entertainment had several channels but some were not subscribed.

The wash room however had a constant stink. The breakfast was exceptionally poor very limited options the main course was dosa, and chutney and boiled eggs. The space for breakfast was very cramped and all people were rushing to have breakfast but very small space. Also staff support at breakfast was too limited. The timing was ridiculous from 8 to 9:30am.

Helpful attitude of staff.

Very dirty & stained bed sheets, towel etc. Called room service for food - most of the items on menu not available. Breakfast poorly organised. Not enough room for all the guests present. Many had to eat whilst standing. Dirty tables. Very basic options in terms of food available. Breakfast hours very limited.

We booked this hotel almost at the last minute as we wanted a 1 night halt at Puri to enjoy the beach and the temple (from outside). I was pleasantly surprised at the facilities, the size of the room and the amenities. All top class well beyond what you would expect. The staff were also polite and helpful and took care of our needs. I am a frequent traveller and can confidently say that if they keep up the service and facilities, it can become a top hotel in Puri. The breakfast is limited but good. There is parking in the basement. Not much more you can ask for at this price.
