I only stayed one night. Check-in went well, in the early morning I dropped the key off. The room was clean and tidy.

There is a pub next door, but the noise was finished by 11 pm.

very comfortable, huge bedroom area, right next to the lorne hotel. ( good an bad).

my wife and I were here for work, we had a 5.00am start on the Saturday in Apollo Bay unfortunately the music from the lorne hotel didn’t end until 11.00 p.m on the Friday, making sleep a little average. The toilet was running all night ( new inlet valve required) I’m a plumber and would have fixed it if I had a spare on board ( not the end of the world). but the outside courtyard while great, but due to our room location was right next to the Lorne hotel dump master or bins which stank of fish and off food. (note to staff) the hot water on the shower spindle leaked , to solve it you need to turn the shower off then back slightly for it to stop. 1/4 or 1/2 turn spindle needed replacing and maybe a re seat for good measure.

Great view of the beach. Room was clean and had everything needed. Location was perfect close to beach and shops with so many restaurants to choose from

wow loved being in a huge cabin so airy, games room great for kids, free washing machine and tumble dryer ( what a bonus) and watching all the rabbits !

need to be organised staying here as you can’t walk to a restaurant so be prepared to cook but nice big bbq to use

Central location. Parking for guests. The rooms and property are well cared for. Very clean. Rooms are spacious and accurately portrayed. Adam was incredibly helpful and kind throughout our stay. I will definitely choose to stay here on another trip to Lorne.

The location is perfect and close to the beach, shops cafes and restaurants.

It is awfully overpriced. We paid 425$ per night for a basic room, and service provided was around or below average. Consumables such as tissues and soaps were not provided and we had to ask for it. Also clean towels was less than our numbers and they promised on our check in to put some in the room that they didn’t. After we used couple of towels we had, next day we had to ask for clean towels twice, till they give us some. They were understaffed and couldn’t provide a good service for busy Christmas time as much as they tried to.
