Emplacement privilégié à côté du parc Vita. Notre appartement était parfait, très spacieux et équipé avec du matériel de standing. Très appréciable. Hôte disponible et arrangeant, merci à lui.

La piscine indiquée en description n’est pas terminée et il y a des travaux en cours. L’endroit aurait été parfait sans cela. J’y retournerai sans hésiter pour en profiter lors d’un prochain séjour.

The apartments are a complete outlier in Yaounde. Under David's management they maintain top standards. WiFi works really well, not affected by water outages. They really get it right. We had to entertain top government officials for a workshop and the team installed a coffee machine to provide latte's and cappuccinos on the spot.

I've been here a few times over the last year and the only critique is that the standard of the breakfast has gone down a bit. I used to enjoy getting avocado with the omelette, it's just some baguette.

The Apartment was very spacious. Well furnished and kept clean. Staff were extremely helpful and always available to help. Security is excellent. Host was always available to assist with any queries. We decided to stay longer and the Host was very flexible in providing an extended stay. Wifi access was good. The garden is well kept with beautiful flowers and Trees. The Owner David is a visionary and we see commitment in upgrades currently in flight. A Pool, outdoor terrace for entertainment, new apartments with incredible views into the hills, underground car park. We cannot wait to be back in the coming months. I will say that the apartment is a hidden Gem compared to others I visited. We happen to be sharing the residence with Top Footballers from Europe.. If you are a football fanatic then you could be in luck too should you visit :-)) Get booking!

Though the current Wifi bandwidth is ok, Will recommend they install Wifi extenders to guarantee full coverage across the building.

Overall, this property is right at the entrance to the presidency so it is in a very safe street. The apartment is very modern with all the comforts and amenities that are required. I needed just a one-bedroom but only a three-bedroom was available. However, for the price and location, it was still a great option. The apartment is in a very quiet and safe neighborhood with absolutely no noise from traffic. Overall very good experience. Will definitely come back.

Would have loved for the pool to be operational. The directions are also tricky but staff was helpful on the phone to help with navigation.

Managed to get a last minute reservation here during a brief visit in Yaounde. Staff were very helpful and the owner has done an excellent job of providing good quality accommodation. The location was very peaceful, scenic.. very pretty... in an upscale part of the city. A local park is just on your doorstep.
