Location was good. Hotel was clean.

We stayed on the 3rd floor. Rm# 322. Neighbors in room # 321, Sounded like they were moving furniture all night long. Neighbors in room # 323, you could hear them having sex, and running around in hall way all night. Someone kept coming to our door and wiggling the handle, and then we finally were able to go to sleep the Fire alarm started to go off just a little after 8:00 am. We had to evacuate and so we decided to just throw everything in our luggage and leave. It was was the neighbors in room # 323 that pulled alarm. It was the worst stay we have ever had at a hotel!!!!

The locatiion was in a quiet area of the city. The bed was comfortable.

There was a strong chemical smell in the lobby that was off putting. The room light way a little too bright lol.

I didn't like that wasn't a indoor pool. And on my first first someone complained about heavy footsteps and wanted me to get another room. We was sleeping at the time of the complaint. Instead of asking me about the noise the just wanted me to switch rooms. Why didn't they suggest the person with complaint to switch their room instead. But everyone in my room was asleep

Slow elevator

My husband joked that the rooms reminded him of ikea but I actually really liked it. Love all the hooks and little helpful features! I made sure to hang up all our bags and jackets which makes grab and go super easy! Appreciate the 24 hour beverage center as we enjoy having some tea prior to bed.

The location was a bit odd but not bad, just a little out of the ways.

The breakfast was good if you like grab and go. The 24 hr coffee/tea/cocoa was a bonus on the cool evenings. The staff were great and very polite and knowledgeable. They take pride in the hotel and guest experience.

The breakfast would be nice with fresh hot food and oatmeal or grits. Maybe like a breakfast bar with eggs, sausages, bacon, grits, oatmeal, more cereals and fruit.

Was clean. Exceptional staff.

The mattress was terrible. Firm can feel springs. Sheets thin. Noisy heater.
