Die Lage direkt am Lake Kivu ist super. Ich hatte eine tolle Aussicht auf den See.

Ich habe mehr erwartet. Nach einer 6-stündigen Autofahrt kam ich im Hotel an, und niemand schien von meiner Reservierung über Booking informiert zu sein; das Hotel war sogar ausgebucht. Nach einer Wartezeit, in der ich meine Reservierung nachweisen musste, bekam ich schließlich ein Zimmer. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt im Hotel "ok". Aus meiner Sicht fehlt jedoch die Liebe zum Detail, und das Hotel rechtfertigt nicht den Preis. Andere Unterkünfte in Ruanda haben mir deutlich besser gefallen und waren zudem günstiger.

This property is simply amazing. The rooms are large , very well decorated with taste. The views from the property are simply breathtaking. The staff of the property is simply perfect. We could not dream better place!!! The best kept secret of Rwanda to be discovered!!

The staff are extremely welcoming, professional. Every bit of the experience exceed my expectations and I will definitely return. I will refer this hotel to my friends and family. Massive thanks to the entire staff especially Kevin & Jean D’amour.

the only negative thing was the hairdryer which was meant for “ on wall” application which you had to hold up while using it…

Absolutely loved the food. Was blown away by the service. Couldn’t get over the view.

Some of the room appliances were broke. We lost a watch that couldn’t be found on the property.
