Location, cute bar in lobby, easy to find street parking

Room didn’t have toilet paper or enough towels when we checked in, shower doesn’t completely drain so some standing water, no mini fridge in room, no signs leading you to ice machine, no onsite free parking & have to move car every 2 hours during the day if parked on street

We liked the location and the hotel it self, it was different layout has history which we found very cute.

We live in SW Florida drove not having self parking was new to us.

location is amazing! we walked everywhere and didn’t have to find parking which is always difficult on a busy weekend in st. pete.

they don’t clean your room or give towels every day or every other day for a longer stay. you have to request towels and if you do, they only give 2 of each even when you ask for more than 2. tiny tiny bathroom.

the rooms were outdated and very tiny. the bathrooms were hard to accommodate 4 people. need to keep up with cleaning the pool more because it is located under a huge tree that had leaves falling into it.

Location is perfect for seeing and exploring St. Petersburg. Room is spacious. Hotel was very accommodating when we arrived early and giving us a room in advance.

Bathroom fan sounded like an aircraft taking off, constantly. Room was in need of a deep clean as the wires under the desk and the bathroom fan had a deep layer of dust. I didn’t dare look behind the bed! Bathroom had flies in the shower, and the painting of the whole room and bathroom looked unfinished/marked. Nets and curtains in need of a deep clean and dust. Every plug was falling out of the wall and needed some cementing.

Near Janus Live venue, room was clean. Easy to check in and out.

Valet only parking added $20/night to the cost. No breakfast, but that was to be expected.

The location isn't bad and the USB plugs in the room were a definite plus.

The room wasn't clean, flies came out of the bathroom, towels weren't clean, housekeeping is dreadful- don't clean unless you specifically ask them to and no one tells you that. So the room hasn't been cleaned on the first day. On the second day I asked for a clean and the cleaner left the garbage, that was in the bin, on the sofa. Wifi is slow, woke up a couple of times at night due to noise from the hallway. No view. Keycard didn't work twice- has to return to the front desk that was always busy.

We loved the great location downtown and close to everything. The staff was absolutely amazing and friendly!!! They really went above and beyond!

We did not like that the air in our room wasn't working properly and we could not figure out how to keep it on and cold. Day 1 was ok...day 2 was pretty warm and humid. Older property, small rooms, bathroom super small. No mini fridge or safe in the room.

Excellent staff and facilities. Great location for walking to beach drive and central ave. we would stay here again.

The mattresses were a little poor. We recommend them to replace them both.

mold/mildew in our bathroom, and the room smelled musty. there was a door in our room that was locked from the other side, with no lock on our side. a simple bolt lock would have made me feel better about that.

the air didn’t work . we had 4 different rooms no one’s air worked . For the price of the room I expected more . you can pee and wash you hands at the same time .
