Everything was amazing: the beautiful villa, the private pool, the staff, the food.
The access road to the villa is narrow and dark at night.

Jati Villas are simply beautiful. The plunge pool is very deep and the garden is stunning. They have adopted the Joglo style but have modernised sympathetically and have designed the space to afford total privacy. Their dining and bar area is also beautifully styled so we chose to have our breakfasts in this area. The breakfasts are generous with great coffee! Jati Villas are in the heart of Kuta but tucked down a lane so are quiet. (This is Lombok so the call to prayer is part of the experience) They provided us with a very good scooter for our stay and were happy to give us advice on the best beaches and surf breaks in the area- so helpful! I would totally recommend this beautiful, intimate place for you slice of luxury while in Kuta.

Our private villa was really nice decorated and had all we needed. Super clean! The breakfast was amazing. Great choice, very fresh and super nice presented. We had the choice to either have it in our room or in the patio area.
The staff was super helpful. They arranged our transfers, arranged our skooters, etc...

Our vacation at Jati Villa was wonderful! The staff there are always helpful and wonderful! Even the night watchman is a super cool guy who was a lot of fun! The place itself is gorgeous, in a quiet side street within walking distance of the main street. The villa itself is extremely beautiful, clean, high quality finished. The pool is clean and gorgeous. The owner and staff have paid extra attention to make sure you don't miss anything! The bed was very comfortable, the sheets and towels were clean and smelled good, the AC worked flawlessly, there was always hot water in the shower, the breakfast was excellent. You can also rent a scooter from them cheaper than on the street and they also have their own taxi driver Mr Happy who is a really cool guy to ride around with! Good luck to everyone at Jat villa and we will definitely see you again soon!

The cottages are very comfortable with a beautiful garden and the swimming pool is a great solution for hot days, they are equipped with everything you need and the staff does everything to make you feel comfortable. The breakfasts are great and we felt great here. For sure you will be back.

Everything was perfect. Amazing villa not far from the city centre ( close to many restaurants) but still a very peaceful place. The room was super clean.

The people makes the place. The owner is a very kind person such as the Jati villa staff. Everyone are welcoming and you can ask them about all the topics.

The entire Jati experience was above and beyond.
The private pool villa was perfect - from the big and comfy bed, the pool, the swing, the outdoor shower and the fabulous breakfast. Check my pictures and you will understand.
The location is really good, walking distance from Mandalika beach and all the nice restaurants in the area.
The owner, Rah, is our favorite person - she made some changes and allowed us to stay for as long as we need on our check-out day, free of charge (our afternoon flight got cancelled so we had to book another flight in the evening and didn't want to waste half day in the airport). Thank you again, Rah, you made our day!
The outdoor shower has limited hot water, but cold showers are also nice in this weather.

We stayed at 5 places during our trip and this was the best. The little private swimming pool was so nice to have, the lovely outside showers and garden. Amazing. The breakfast was also great and the staff were so friendly and helpful and knew us by our names! It was also super close to town to walk in for dinner. If I ever go back, I will stay here for sure. Don’t hesitate book your stay here, you won’t regret it!
Nothing - minor point there was a 3% charge to pay by card that I didn’t notice on the confirmation email but that’s a point for booking.com not the hotel. Anyway I’d pay 10% to stay here no problem!

Everything! By far the best place we stayed during our 3 weeks in Indonesia. Beautiful villa and surroundings - you can tell the build was a labour of love!

Very well decorated villa. Beautiful, clean and the has complete amenities. Location is great, near the beach and cafes. Staff we're super friendly and helpful that they always try to provide our needs. The price is great given on the value of our stay experience.
We love the breakfast since is very healthy and filling, more option would be great since my husband prefers savory/Indonesian type of breakfast :)

I will not lied, but my stay at Jati it's like one of the best experience that I ever had. Their staff are really friendly, the villa itself really clean, calm, and bed was so comfortable. I love their private pool. Not just a small plunge pool like most villa had. Over all, I love staying in Jati. Definitely will stay again when I visit Kuta Mandalika!

But a bit suggestion, maybe they can improve the main road access to the villa itself. Batu split road it's kinda hard and easily makes scooter tire slipped.

The owners and staff were incredibly caring and helpful. The atmosphere that’s been created felt so dreamy. Lush gardens surrounded our villa. The design and layout was just perfect, beautiful old timber and pressed glass adorned the villa with ceiling high windows and sliding doors creating a seamless transition out to our private garden and pool.
Comfiest bed, yummiest fresh breakfast, and the nicest outdoor bathroom. I could not fault Jati Villas. We kept extending our stay because we just didn’t want to leave!! Thank you for looking after us and for all your fantastic recommendations.

This place is absolutely stunning, its a tropical oasis thats tucked away in the centre of Kuta, the private pool and garden is super spacious, its the most original resort we have stayed in by far. Could not recommend this highly enough.
