Our stay at the langham was much much more improved this time around. Id like to say good job and kindly do keep it up. Great and warm service. Comfort. Convenience. Quality for a reasonable amount.

Absolutely terrible porter! The man that delivered my luggage was named "Justin", could tell from his shocking attitude that he didn't really want to do the job. Went through the room intro singing and asked if I had any questions. When faced with an enquiry that he didn't know the answer to, just kept saying "thank you", ignored me and walked out. Could see him laughing in the mirror as he closed the door. Also, had another incident where the "Langham Service" took one hour to email the in-room dining menu, and food took another hour to arrive. At the end the club sandwich / fries arrived cold and stale. The hotel's excuse was that they were at capacity, which is unreasonable given the premium charged for NYE night, one would expect that excess to be spent on ensuring guest experience remain consistent (if not better) than ordinary nights. The only staff that were up to scratch were in The Langham Club, which costs extra to access. Not sure if these staff are specifically trained or just better remunerated. Spent circa 700 AUD per night for an exec level room, the experience fell so far below expectation. Definitely does not compare with any of the other Langham / Cordis I have stayed at, namely Jakarta / Gold Coast / Sydney Melbourne. Never experienced this level of hospitality at an alleged "five star" property before.

Some issues with the toilet which is either no water or water flows non-stop continuously. The cleaning lady is sometimes forgetful to supply new towels and water. But all these problems are solved efficiently. Overall is a good stay.

Langham HK lives up to Langham Reputation workdwide. Luxurious, clean and superb services. Staff are courteous, professional, helpful and their customers’ satisfaction is written on their faces.

The location is just perfect if you're looking to stay in the Kowloon side of Hong Kong. The staff are wonderful and very attentive and polite, the rooms are very well appointed. It's funny to stay however it felt almost homely and place you are welcome. I would happily stay here every time I'm in Hong Kong

I loved the Langham on my many business trips but the hotel is extremely outdated and stuffy. It can use a remodel. I love the scent and the lounge area!

Extraordinary service in this hotel from bell hop, front desk to concierge. I have stayed this hotel many years ago and always been impressed by their service, beats alot 5 stars hotel

Great location Hotel is very nice, good service. My rooo was really noisy so I ask to change. It took about 40 minutes but they made it without a problem. Service is very good

Such a beautiful hotel! My stay was very short but very convenient. Natalie at the front desk was amazing and professional i checked in my room in no time. Room is simply gorgeous with many amenities. Harbor, all shopping areas are only minutes away. Unfortunately I didn’t have the time to check the dinning facilities but The Tea Room seemed wonderful. I will definitely go back to Langham anytime i pass by HK.

My stay was somewhat satisfactory. The lobby looks wonderful and my room was very worn looking. Not what I expected from The Langham Family of hotels.

The staffs are very kind to us.

I have stayed at Langham in New York and Chicago and fell in love with the brand. However, this property was a big let down. The floor I was assigned had no elevator. The spa was so small and there was so much noise. Person could not relax. Whatever the staff did to make my stay comfortable was ruined by facilities. No shoe shine service as well.

It was the first familly trip abroad with our little one, and Langham HK had make it exceptional and memorable. Perfect service by attentive staff and beautiful room. Will definitely visit again.

2nd time at the Langham and it's had a refresh since my last visit and service level is even better. Very pleasant staff only happy to help. Went for business and great location for accessing the fairs and close ot the nightlife, MTR, Ferry, shopping. Wouldnt hesitate to choose again on my next trip

I paid for the executive lounge access room which was itself a bit disappointing as the room didn't offer anything in addition to a standard room (I've stayed in both so I would know). The lounge itself was nice though.

The service is a bit slow-- it took them 30 minutes to do pretty basic things like picking up laundry and getting an adaptor. The gym was also disappointing with no bottled water and limited facilities. Everything else about the hotel was great though, including the fact that its in an incredibly convenient location near the metro station.

Great hotel. This is my third stay. The location is great. It is in the center of the Harbor City business district. It is very convenient for shopping, eating and sightseeing. The staff are very warm and considerate. I am very satisfied with the room this time. I will come back next time!

Have stayed at Langham for more than 15 years but it has gone down in standard. Disappointing

I love the mattress and the service of the concierge. Service will be the reason that I rate 10/10
