I have never explored out of town before but I have to say for me and bring my 1st time , I'm glad this hotel was a first timer. Everything about this property was excellent from check-in to checkout. All staff was very professional, making me feel at home, thank you for directing me to an excellent hotel.

We felt right at home at FS Singapore. The staff were very friendly and engaging. The room and general surfaces were neat and clean. The food, including in-room dinning, was tasteful. Cannot wait to come back!

Very bad experience in Four Seasons Sg:
1. Room and facilities are aged, comparing to other Four seasons attached photo with a faded mirror and duct all over.
2. Very irresponsible staff: we had the Christmas high tea set in the cafe. We then asked for bring-to-room service for our unfinished food. After we get back to our hotek room at night. Room and uncleaned, without the cake items that we left over. Strangely, we looked at how the restaurant staff pack the desserts but they did not end up sending to the room. We are waiting for Four Season’s explanation and pending. Elsemore, they also mixed up our bill with other customers for three times. Very strange staff.

The gym, the buffet breakfast and the staff are excellent. The rooms are very large, comfortable and clean; but they need some upgrading as well as the outside of the building.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who would like a luxury hotel with great amenities and a very high level of service. Everyone is very nice and can’t do enough for you. Fabulous hotel!

I've been to Singapore more than 5 times before and stayed at 4 and 5 star hotels. This by far is the best in terms of service, interior appointments, and room comfort.
Everything from the friendly and efficient hotel personnel, to the wonderful free breakfast buffet, to the excellent room accomodation is evidence of Four Season's focus on delivering the best hotel experience for their guests. Price is also quite reasonable so in terms of value for money, I would say this is a good deal. Would definitely consider coming back to this hotel.

The staff were incredibly obliging, the facilities were very good. My daughter and I also felt the gym was efficient and well run. Everything was super. They even gave me a birthday cake when I mentioned to my daughter that it was my birthday. They would do anything to make you feel at home. On the negative side, everything was more expensive than anywhere in Singapore, and the driveway was narrow and difficult to manoeuvre although the staff managed to move the traffic along well and it could have been a lock jam but was mildly annoying.

Excellent stay at the four seasons. After reading the reviews, I decided to book this hotel for my family and I am so glad I did. The service, staff and facilities are wonderful. From checking in, to dining, to breakfast, sunbathing, swimming and tennis, we have not been disappointed. The location is great too, walkable to orchard shopping and to the trains. I would definitely recommend the hotel and we will stay here again. I wished every hotel would take a lead out of the four seasons Singapore.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived early ( 6 am) however, the room was not ready yet. The front desk lady offered us free breakfast while we wait for our room (even though the official check in time is after 3 pm).

Property is beautiful and in a beautiful area. Service at the restaurant was not as good as other Four Seasonsive stayed. First night seems like our waitress forgot about us for a long stretch
