Fully renovated and good air conditioning.
Delicious breakfast- curry noodle and good range of continental and local options. However pillowcases too soft and may have to go for neck and head massage just 1 min walking distance.. ha ha

Not the same as previous. No more small towel, only have 2 large towels. Shower door can even closed, water splashes out. Car park was terrible if you drive an MPV. Is not clearly mark. Horrible if you are a new driver.
I have been staying her for the past 10 years but this recent visit turn me to look for others hotel.

A reasonable hotel in the town centre with lots of restaurants and convenient stores nearby. Seems to do a lot of bus tour business. Room in bed are good but furnishings dated, and common areas are dingy.

Room was decent size and overall clean. Breakfast is ok but not amazing. Staff are quite friendly especially the restaurant staff. Parking is in the building next door which is connected to the lifts. I won't be coming back though as the wifi was unusable. In 2024, wifi should be fast and reliable.

Location was excellent, right in the heart of ipoh. Property is old and obviously dated. Bathroom had been renovated, but shower door could not close, and the ventilation fan was blowing hot air into the bathroom rather than sucking it out. Led to the Aircon condensation dripping in the room. Service staff was very prompt when alerted, and came immediately to clean up. Front desk staff were friendly and attentive.

The location is great. Ample indoor parking space. All the staff we met were friendly and helpful. The check in was fast but a deposit of RM50 in needed. Room is clean and spacious but wifi is terrible.
Breakfast is good but the coffee is “burned”.
Overall a good and comfortable stay and frankly exceeded our expectation considering the price and “age” of the hotel.

Location is excellent. However WiFi was disconnected twice and maintenance had to come up to fix. Overhead rain shower was not working and no hand & face towels provided. These were minor but kinda spoils it a little. Otherwise the staff were very friendly!

We check in after around 4pm, when we go out to our room there is only one room ready another room still unpack I ask the cleaner to pack the room she really later and they all talking and relax. I ask how long can they packing they reply me around 20min

The hotel room condition was exceeded our expectation considering the pricing.
The location is excellent which is near to many attractions and famous restaurants. However, the live band opposite the hotel was really noisy on Sat night. The noise was continued till past midnight. Other than that, the room was good value for money.

Maintenance need to be improved, the rainfall shower is not working. The shower door is shaky.

The room is very down, doors frames are already rotten and cannot be locked for the toilet door also. Did not provide any hand or face towels. Some rooms (we had booked 4 rooms) are choked and water flows very slowly. Poor housekeeping, only tidy up the bed and replenish the used towels, but floors are not vaccum and the rubbish (tissue papers dropped on the floor) still can be found on the floor lying same place after housekeeping.
Only good of the hotel is the accessiblities to the nearby places for food and massage.

We like shopping for foods around Ipoh China town. So location of hotel is excellent.

I paid RM70 for the deposit when checking in. A dishonest front desk staff insisted that the said sum is paid for the government tax and it is not refundable when checking out. I had a receipt with me to proof the above.

Staffs are nice and helpful . Easy to find restaurants or food stalls open at night . Not satisfied with noise from corridor and music volume from upper lounge floor .

The only advantage to stay in this hotel is the location it situated. Other than this, I think Motel can be better in turn of room cleanliness, quietness, internet wifi speed, toiletry supplies, house keeping, breakfast quality and choice of foods...
If you need to stay in this hotel and thinking of taking breakfast there, I think you should save the money and enjoy breakfast outside rather than eating low quality food inside the hotel. I gave up taking breakfast there after my first BF there though I had paid for it.
I had 2 transaction for my credit cards for nothing after checking my credit card notice and hope there cancel those transactions by now.

This hotel is in good location with walking distance to malls and street food. However, very disappointed with cleanliness. There was a big black shoe imprint on the duvet cover when I lift it up before I went to sleep. One of the towel has a very stinky smell. The hotel definitely needs remodeling. Staff is ok.

Good location, near to eateries and Ipoh Parade. Strategic location. Room a bit too old. Noisy on Saturday night due to the karaoke in the hotel until 1 am. Recommend to stay there on weekdays which is peaceful and quiet.

Location is ok but informed me that family room only onky level 6 which is very noisy due to pub singing till 12-1am daily. If not the dtay woupd be better.

Friendly and good services, well rooms renovated since my last trip in 20 years ago, the con was there was smoking smell when we got to our floor, but the rooms were very clean. Nice location surrounding by shops and restaurants. Worth the price. Highly recommend.

Those room that is facing the front , is very noisy . As there is a restaurant with live band even til 11pm.The wifi in my room is very unstable and bad. Not ideal for business where u need to make conf call
