The bed is comfortable. Satisfy with the cleanliness and friendliness of hotel staff. Was happy during my stay. However....something happened after my checked out...
Hotel making a mistake by doing unexpected payment ( i have been double charged for this stay) to my credit card and until today the issue is not solve!!
I cheked out on 04/Septembe and received SMS mentioned that Hotel has charged for this stay. . This is not supposed to be the way as i have made advance payment to Booking on 07/Aug. And after few rounds of explanation to Booking & to Hotel staff finally they agreed that they have make a mistake (11/Sept) . And i was asking to give +/-15 working days for the refund. Called up CS of Booking to follow up end of Sept and surprisingly there isn't anyone follow up on my issue! The answer that i get jwas Hotel thought Booking is process the refund! And was told to give some time for the refund AGAIN!. The last message i gotten on 09/Oct was hotel will process the refund within 2 days.
However NO refund received till today! I love to stay with the Hotel again but was worry about this incident happened...this is taking too long to resolve!!

Terrible and disorganised staff who made no effort to speak English.

the breakfast is not so good. very crowded around 7 am, and waiters are not enough

- 5 minutes walk to Zhongshan Park metro station
- 15 minutes walk to Zhongshan Road
- bathroom could be a bit cleaner

Great location with a view of the city, beautiful interiors, very large and comfortable rooms. Hospitable and always smiling staff. Delicious breakfasts are a feast for the senses. I will be going back to this magical place. I would highly recommend
