Staff was great and helpful. Food was amazing and hotel was clean. Views from the hotel were not good and most of the rooms don't have a balcony.

This is definitely one of the best hotels in Manali. Their rooms are amazing, staff is prompt and helpful and prices are nominal. In fact, it gives best bang for buck in all of Manali.
Their heating works really well, they have real 24*7 running hot water, and they serve you with a smile. They’ll even call you to make sure you’ve had breakfast, dinner etc.
Their laundry prices are also very reasonable and they hosted daily events. The only thing a bit awkward as a solo Traveller was its focused on couples.

This is definitely one of the best hotels in Manali. Their rooms are amazing, staff is prompt and helpful and prices are nominal. In fact, it gives best bang for buck in all of Manali. Their heating works really well, they have real 24*7 running hot water, and they serve you with a smile. They’ll even call you to make sure you’ve had breakfast, dinner etc. Their laundry prices are also very reasonable and they hosted daily events. The only thing a bit awkward as a solo Traveller was its focused on couples. 10/10.

We booked a deluxe room in this hotel for 3 nights and paid around 6000 Rs. Including taxes per night. For that amount of money the hotel is simply not good enough. Deluxe room is very small and very dull in lighting. Food options were very good but the quality needs a little improvement. Book this hotel for its super deluxe and family / honeymoon suite which also costs a bomb of money. Overall a bad experience for us.

If you're not selfdriving / taking a taxi, please check the location on googlemaps firstIf you arrive early, there is a convenient waiting room.Room service at no extra charge is a nice touch and the food is good.A nice (1km+) walk to the Mall Road but difficult to get auto's back to the hotel at night. Approx cost is Rs.150 if you can get one but the traffic is very bad so they don't like to go. Positive part is that is busy enough to walk without feeling unsafe.

I am fully satisfied with hotel .. very nice hospitality of all staff.. Being a Keralite food was ok....Definitely a value for money hotel .. Housekeeping guy was amazing.. will provide very nice laundry helping us to fully enjoy Manali..

Stayed there for 5 nights, Fantastic experience. Staff is so courteous and willing to go that extra mile to make you smile. They went all out to arrange Halal Food for me in the Hotel itself. Initially I wrote down names of staff for recommending them, but its a long list rather each and every the staff was just SUPER. Would highly recommend to stay if one is planning to go the MANALI.

Excellent hotel, well managed, well kept. Definitely recommended.( One small suggestion-not a complaint at all. Let the tourist settle a little at time of check-in before explaining all hotel facilities,inclusions and things as that as one may be coming from a long journey and may not be in capacity to comprehend every thing including new hotel setup.)

Beds are very small in Super deluxe room. other service is ok . Family with children should try other hotels or ask for bigger beds

Staff extremely courteous and helped us in every possible way.
The hotel also had packages for rotang visit and they packed the morning breakfast before we left for Rotang which I felt was a great gesture.
