Rooms were clean and well kept.

The first room he put us in had hair in one bed and literally dirt in the other, but the beds were made. I complained and they put us in a different room which was cleaner. Then when we went to the pool area, we realized anyone from the public could get in because there is no lock on the outside door. The hot tub felt like lukewarm bath water, and there was a tarp on the ceiling and certain parts in the room you could sit otherwise you would get dripped on from the rusty vents on the ceiling. There were no towels in the pool area either. The pictures shows a nicer hotel in Searcy and the price was not worth the ghetto stay.

Great friendly staff, excellent location, stellar condition and cleanliness. Breakfast had something for everyone. Room was clean nice size T.V and dove products in the the restrooms! Only complaint was the bed is a little hard or maybe I should say extra firm.

Always clean comfortable and and high quality from staff to from check in to check out i can literally fall asleep in bed when i enter my room and know i will wake up refreshed from a wonderful nights sleep. Thank you so much.

The property was dated and probably had not been updated since construction in 2009. Dust everywhere in the room, even on the walls. The phones were yellowed with age. Grout in the bathroom was almost black and dirt was obvious in the corners. Needs a deep cleaning. Outlet on the bedside lamp did not work

I like this hotel. We've stayed at it several times when visiting students at Harding University. The problem is that the hot tub has been out of commission for months and the pool has not been properly cleaned in a long time, so there is build up on the upper walls of the pool where people have taken to carving their names and other things in the scale on the tiles. The room itself was fine and the breakfast is good. I just wish they would take care of their pool area. Some of us have kids who live for that stuff, and I'd appreciate some hot tub time.

Clean rooms and great staff, but this Laquinta is due for upgrades and modernization. We always stay at Laquintas when traveling and this seems to be the one corporate forgot about.

The hot tub was broken. The pool was gross, cloudy and way too much chemical, our eyes were burning and just overall lack of upkeep in that area. Beds were hard and uncomfortable, breakfast was lacking, locked to outside doors were not working. One of my keys stopped working hours before checkout. For being one of the newer hotels in Searcy and at $150 per night you would think that there would be some level of quality but this isn’t it.

The accommodations were great and everyone was friendly. My only concern was when I was checking in my room number was announced out loud in front of others. As a solo female traveler with a small dog who is not used to traveling and can be a distraction it was a a bit unnerving. I would encourage you to point to the room number when others are around instead of announcing it.

The stay was okay but I probably wouldn’t choose this one again. We were told breakfast was from 7am-10am and before 9:30am everything was cleared and the lights were shut off. We were staying from 9/2-9/4. So we checked in Saturday and we’re checking out Monday. They deactivated our keycards early twice and had get the front desk to deactivate them. The front desk personnel were helpful and friendly but overall the stay was okay.

Was here for a family reunion. Dogs next door barked a lot, my pillow was yellow and stained, drape covering air conditioning was dirty AND my brother and I both got sick from something we ate for breakfast

The staff was absolutely amazing and accommodating to my needs. Im a travel Healthcare worker and they were able to get me a room and let me check-in earlier than normal. I would definitely recommend this establishment to any and everyone.

Overall it was alright. The room we were put in, the air didn’t work. We got moved to another room and the air worked but the room smelled awful….like weed. Those beds are not queen size, more like a full size bed. We have a queen size at home and it’s much larger than their “queen”.
The water pressure in the first room was terrible when showering.
But, it was better than being home with no AC which is why we got a room in the first place.

I’m allergic to pet dander. Was congested n sneezing. There was a little dog staying across the hall. Do we have to specifically ask for a floor without pets?

My college-age son and ai stayed here on a trip through to another destination. It is a nice property and appeared quite clean. However, within 24 hours my son and I both had the welts that commonly are associated with bed bug bites. And they were numerous on both of us.
I had never experienced this before so did research to confirm. The cleanliness and looks of the property would not have led me to believe it was possible, but apparently even clean properties are at risk.
Hopefully they resolve if others have reported the same issue to management.

Everything was great! The main 3 things I look for when we rent a room... #1. Clean room - check! #2. Cold A/C - check! #3. Comfortable bed - check! Last but not least, friendly staff - check!

No back up power for a handy cap room. No working emergency lights in the stair way! Absolutely pitiful!!!!

Overall, the hotel was nice. My main problems were that the beds were not very comfortable because each bed only had 3 tiny "throw pillow" size pillows on each bed. I had forgotten shampoo, but when I tried to use the shampoo the hotel had supplied, there was not enough in the bottle for my hair, which made it seem like it had not been replaced between guests. Also, I went early on the first morning (6:15) to avoid the crowd and the eggs and sausage were luke warm. So disappointed that I skipped breakfast the 2nd day.

Me and my boyfriend stayed here with my 2 dogs. Staff was very friendly to them, king suite was definitely worth it for us we need space with traveling. Only problem I had was kids running up and down hallways upstairs but I turned both TV's on to keep animals from barking so not really a big deal
