Our favourite hotel in Alabang which is steps away from Filinvest mall where you can buy, eat, do almost everything except swim in a beach

Staffs and hotel environment are good.

Made reservations two months in advance. Confirmed email what I reserved included one bed for me and my wife. When I arrived/checked in I was told there was only a room with two single beds. I guess they don’t understand the concept of a reservation. When I questioned the reception I was told first come first served. Would not recommend.

After arriving to my room there were no towels, the room was not the cleanest, the carpet was dirty and very stained. No complimentary bottled water was provided, only an empty water decanter which I found unsanitary, then you needed to go to a water dispenser to fill the water decanter. In a world of covid why would any hotel chain do something like this.

The first room smelt of mould. Bad experience

Crimson is very good. Close to mall. Nice pool is nice but busy on the weekends. Check in and check out can get busy so prepare to wait if it’s a peak time.. typical hotel food meaning so so and expensive. Don’t worry lots of choices in the mall. Overall crimson is the best hotel if your staying in Alabang. (It’s 40 minutes from Manila) 20 minutes south of the airport. .

I was a guest at the Crimson Hotel Filinvest City and stayed for 8 nights. My time there was incredible. When I checked in, I was exhausted, sweaty, and just wanted a room so I could shower and get rest. I was a little early for check in and thought I would be resting in the lobby until check in. Those nice people checked me in. I knew I was eligible for an upgrade but really just wanted any room. I was upgraded and when I walked into my room - WOW!!! I had a corner room with a great view of the city. All the staff were so kind and courteous. Security was always friendly when greeting me and made me feel safe as I entered the property, they were always staff opening the door for me with a big smile and greeting, housekeeping always and so eager to please, pool staff were always ready for your drink or food order, room services menu had many choices to choose from and the food was great. I felt like royalty staying here. This place treats their customers with kindness, respect and compassion.

Property is convenient and close to the mall. Staff are all professional and friendly!

My family and I stayed for 1 night to celebrate my brother’s bday and we all had a great time. The staff and service are exceptional and makes everything worth the 5 star rating.

Once again it was amazing ! Stayed here back in 2017 and 2023 ! Next PH trip will be another crimson stay !!

Excellent service! The airport shuttle agent helped us with our luggage and assisted us right away since we arrived past midnight. There was a great choice of breakfast buffet and the employees were warm and accommodating. This was our second time to stay and Crimson Hotel and we felt home and safe. Thank you

Room carpet was wet and stink. Very poor facilities.

This hotel is world class. AC, Food, employees and all creature comforts were perfect.

Overall a fine place to stay, a large mall complex was right across the street with many dining and shopping items. We only stayed for 2 days and didn’t have time to use the gym or pool but they looked nice. Good value for the money we paid for our room.

It is right across from the Festival mall.

In total is the hotel more than good, but bathrooms needs to be urgently refurbished . The room service has been sometimes not performed or forgotten to fill up for bexample toi paper.

Breakfast is really good

Many new staffs, need to bring up hotel standard to pre Covid period asap! Despite being a regular, request for high floor was not accede to. Was initially assigned room at L10 but managed to avail a L19 unit after waiting. However carpet floor was wet but i must say that the room attendants done a good job for that room, is really clean. Finally settled for L12 room but couldn't sleep coz the traffic was too noisy even at 2am. There was road works at 11pm at the South Station junction on Dec 17, 2022 too! No hand towels, no floor mat on day 1. Day 2 the house keeping did not even tidy the bed and were still dirty as day 1. The saving grace came from room attendant, Dave whom not only fulfilled the list of outstanding items and done a great job on the 3rd morning.

There was no refrigerator not even a mini fridge so it was a bit inconvenient for my stay. Otherwise, it was good experience. However, for the reputation and standard expected for the property (high price), I was let down a bit. I went with the hope to stay relaxed after the concert but the other concert goers were noisy in the room near me. I felf like they placed all of us together which disturbed stay.

The hotel was gorgeous and hotel Staff services are quick but during the first day of our stay we were not able to sleep well because of the noise on the other room That I also reported maybe it would be nice if you will add some sound proof or make a house rules clear to guest.
