The property itself is nice in common areas. It needs some renovations.

Clean and comfortable hotel, perfect spot for catching boat to Gili Island. Staff are very welcoming and friendly. Good food at the restaurant. Breakfast wasn’t the greatest but coffee was good. Lots of spots to relax around the pool.

Nice modern rooms but the big issue for me was Wi-Fi did not work in my room. I had to go to the restaurant to use it.

Service was amazing from the moment we pulled in they were there to grab our bags. Would stay here again. Right next to the docks to catch the boat to Gili Islands. Can walk over.

The room and facilities were clean and the service was great! We hadn’t made any plans and we arrived in the evening, and the team was able to help us arrange a full day trip the next day as well as spa services and a snorkel tour. They were all really helpful and friendly :)

I stayed there to get my Open Water diving certification and truly enjoyed my stay. The room was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and available. The food at the restaurant was affordable and tasty. And I had an amazing experience learning to dive with Arya. I would definitively recommend this place for divers.

Great hotel.

Great place to stay, right by the harbour. Hotel organised us a 500k taxi from the airport last minute too. Good and drinks a very good price and tasted great. There was fresh drinking water in our room and a good bathroom. Can’t fault this place. Highly recommend!

The staff was super friendly and the location is great if you’re trying to catch the ferry to the Gili islands. The free breakfast was delicious! My room was clean and and bed was comfy. I’d stay here again!

Very nice place, an oasis with green trees and cosy atmosphere, friendly staff. Walking distance to Blue a Lagoon Beach and Whitesand beach. Breakfast simple but good enough.

The staff was amazing and the food was wonderful!!!! The grounds are taken care of but they have a lot of bugs due to unclean water or pooling water. The grounds also had a bad smell of sewage at all times. The surrounding area is very dirty and you can not find a beach that isn’t littered with garbage everywhere!

Absolutely great resort to stay at in beautiful Padang Bai!! Everything was topnotch from the staff, to the room, to the restaurant... etc. If you're a diver, this is the place!!!!!! Amazing dive center with fantastic staff, dive sites, equipment and everything else I'm forgetting to mention. Highly recommend it to anyone, diver or not.

It location was great, very close to the beach. The facilities were very good, with pool, restaurant, spa and more. The service from staff was brilliant even if we stayed for only one night. The only thing that we would point out is that the end of the bed was a little damp as if someone wet from diving sat on it and the water went through the duvet and the mattress, which made it a little uncomfortable at night. But on overall it was good and we would stay there again.

The AC on our room would only work with our room key in the power slot, which means it could never really cool down. Many of the hotels in Bali have this function but all the others give you two keys so you can leave one to cool your room while you are out. Also the pool area is very small and there are only like eight patio chairs. So there was no where to relax around the pool to cool down. The food was ok, drinks were actually really good. We loved the Yellow Bird. Luckily we were only here for one night on our was to Gili T. Overall it was what I expected from someplace called OK Divers. I was teasing my husband that they should sell T-Shirts here that say, "Living my Okay-est Life".
