Got the one bedroom suite, but they might as well call it an apartment. Very nice and roomy.

After prepaying online I was charged again at the location for the same reservation that took days to fix. The day of the stay the room was HOT and called multiple times to have the air fixed but no help and they couldn’t even provide a fan! I’ve stayed here multiple times and this was by far my worst experience so far. Fluffy people don’t sleep when it’s 75+ in the room and you can’t fix the temperature when y’all LOCK the thermostat !!! That’s Ridiculous for the price you charge

This place was amazing. I had such a bad experience at the Windgate by Whyndham who wouldn't give me a refund despite not having any hot water! This place was a breath of fresh air in comparison. Great restaurant, friendly staff, clean new room. I will stay here again!

Very comfortable! Check in was quick and staff was very friendly. The room was very comfortable, quiet, and I felt safe. The breakfast was delicious and it is evident that staff makes an effort to have a quality buffet.
The only issue for me was that there was a fan in the room that blew cold air and it made it a little chilly. I could not turn the fan off or the heat up with the thermostat in the room. Other than that, I would definitely stay here again, and I would highly recommend it to others!

The people in the next room were fighting and screaming all night. When we notified the front desk in the morning they said that was their second warning. Should not have let them stay.
The bar and restaurant was nice. The cut fresh fruit was a nice offering.
Wish the room would have been a little cleaner.

The staff at this hotel has gone above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and valued. We came in on a very early flight and they allowed us to check in early. We also left on a very late flight and they allowed us to check out late. I cannot say enough about this place. We are frequent Anchorage travelers and this is the only place I will stay. Thank you to all the staff.

It was clear upon first entering the room that it was lacking in cleanliness. There were smears of mystery substances on walls, mugs and cups in the room were dirty, carpet hadn’t been thoroughly vacuumed, and there were clothes from the previous guest left in the drawers. We had a 4 night stay and had to request the room to be serviced on the 3rd day - which only consisted of emptying the trash and making beds (towels weren’t even replenished - we were left with one hand towel). Parking is free and convenient. The pool area was clean, despite (again) complete lack of towels. Overall a very lackluster experience.

After a 9 day road trip in Alaska we stayed here on our last night before our flight. It was nice to go downstairs to the bar and restaurant. Mariah was welcoming and made great old fashions. The food was decent too.
We sat in the jacuzzi for a little bit…wasn’t very hot and there were no towels. Front desk had some delivered for us. The pool bathroom was disgusting.
Even though our room had two queen beds and indicated there would be 4 people staying in the room, there was only 3 towels in our hotel bathroom. Why? Just put 4 regardless. We had to wait an hour for more towels to be delivered so we could shower.
We REALLY appreciated the continental breakfast. A few good options…no decaf coffee though. All in all this is a nice place and would book again.

The staff was exceptionally kind and personally made sure we were comfortable and had everything we could need for our vacation and stay. Seriously one of a kind hotel and service; we will always remember our time here!

Travelling for work and it was a great stay. Safe, clean, easy parking. The free breakfast was as expected. Rooms are slightly outdated, but not the end of the world. I was on the 2nd floor and had a view of the roof. I didn't mind, but if you care about having any view opt for a higher floor.

We had a suite which was very clean, well maintained, and quiet. Only issue there was no silverware in the kitchen. We had glasses and dinnerware, but nothing to eat with. May want to restock the kitchen with utensils for the next customer. Thank you!

Big, clean rooms. Great breakfast options like eggs, sausage, yogurt, toast, etc. Walkable distance to other dining and shopping options. Nice view of the mountains. Staff was very friendly.

Property was basically new condition. The room was little smaller than expected. Large kitchen area, but small under counter refrigerator. The room had a private bedroom, which was great. But the bathroom had a frosted glass door that would shine light into the living room bedroom so anyone sleeping there would be affected. Lastly, very limited towels. Had to ask twice to get more towels. Also no room cleaning service done during the time of our stay. It would have been nice to at least take dirty towels and empty the trash.

Our stay here was amazing! The room was very comfortable and clean. The free breakfasts were excellent! Even the after hours take away food was really good. The best thing was the awesome staff! They were always going above and beyond for us. The staff was so friendly and I felt like a VIP! I would definitely stay here again.

Check in took forever - Lady at the desk had no idea what she was dong - could not find the reservation - complain about Expedia .Had to get 3 other people to get us caked in - took 45 minutes. The waitress/server in the lounge was excellent!
