Das Hotel ist fantastisch, der Service außerordentlich gut, die Zimmer top und das Frühstück hervorragend. In der Gegend gibt es mehrere Restaurants und Bars.

Mir war es in den öffentlichen Bereichen etwas zu kalt. Wer näher an Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt wohnen möchte, hat hier eine lange Anfahrt.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff, delicious food, and all the comfort you need. We extended our stay here, and cancelled another hotel, because we liked it so much.

My husband and I visited with our 11 month old from London and everything about this hotel is exceptional: the staff are courteous, efficient, and lovely; the food is incredible (don't skip the amazing breakfast spread, or the fabulous tea); the rooms are modern, tastefully decorated and clean. Our suite had two Toto's and we ended up cutting our Jaipur trip short to return for a further two nights before our flight home. Do not hesitate to book this hotel! You will leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. Comfortable room sizes and a very nice view from the high floor. The WC was automated which was an interesting and unique experience. The room service food was excellent and I had their range of cuisine offering.

The hotel has a policy for someone to visit the room every 24 hours, find this an intrusion of personal space.

The food… it’s terrible! My wife fell sick the next day. The overall quality of the food is so low! I never expected this from Hyatt. Considering that Hyatt Delhi has the 3 best restaurants in town. - the bar peanuts and cashews were so soggy. Even after asking them to change it, they got bad ones. How hard is it to open a new pack of cashews and serve? -the cocktails at the bar were a disaster too -the food at the bar was under cooked - the waffles and Pancakes at breakfast were raw - the coffee was severed without a stirring spoon - there were no appetisers at the buffet lunch And the list goes on. Please do not stay at this property till they sort out their FnB.
