Clean, near places we wanted to visit. Staff were friendly.
The coffee was consistently good. Scrambled eggs were NOT good. Also, some kind of breakfast patty was NOT good. If you want cereal, toast or bagels, they were fine. If Country Inn wanted to offer eggs & sausage, at least make them REAL eggs & sausage!

Deep clean or replace the extremely dirty carpet and under the mattress for hair, food and other debris between guest stays.
Manager on dirty appeared to be in arguments frequently with guests, including my wife.

Beach with dunes, one block away! Yay!
Plenty of restaurants with live entertainment. Yay!
Acceptably clean rooms. Yay! The Accident Clean-up team was Exceptional! A youngster had a solid waste accident that went from the pool area, the lobby and one of the elevators - the young man doing the actual clean-up was sooo kind and graacious while doing that unpleasant task!
TV channels included music channels. Yay again!
I forgot an item and the housekeeping manager, Stephanie, met me at the room to retrieve it. She was so kind & the housekeeper, Vicky, was sweet.
Sadly, the free breakfast hours don't work for romantic nights with late sleep-ins the following morning.

Excellent location. The staff was wonderful. Very clean and the breakfast was good my children enjoyed it.
I did smell smoke on my floor I think it would be a good idea just to ensure that no one is smoking in the room. And this was the dress I stayed three days and I I did not smell any more smoke but I think it should be clearly marked upon ensuring your room that this is definitely a violation

The location was great, the breakfast was good however the pool area was not clean and we were uncomfortable with the kids swimming there. The room was clean and the staff was nice.
The pool area was filthy and needed cleaning. Horrible and didn’t want the kids to be there.

Breakfast was a horrible location for everything to get to in store and beach was outstanding
There was no safety when you take a shower nowhere to put anything on for your washcloths or towels and no safety bars to hold on to when you are in the bathroom getting out the shower

Our room smelled musty, like body odor.
The pillows are really flat and lumpy. I woke up with a sore neck.

The property was ok not what I expected it seem old and out dated.
The pool was small and beat down the floor of the pool was peeling. The beds was not comfortable and the rugs was stained. The sheet and bedding had stains and holes in them

We liked the location as it was close to the beach. The room was spacious and breakfast was convenient.
Not much to complain about but we did sense that the carpet should be replaced as there was a smell.

The room was big, clean, and modern! Everything was in the bathroom, which you need. Staff are friendly, and the place for breakfast was amazing.

Terrific location; immaculate rooms; a great bed w a nice, light comforter; good, fairly quiet A/C unit; onsite parking; nice, responsive staff; excellent heated pool.
Surprised to see styrofoam at breakfast — corporate should explore replacements. Stuff stays in landfills for thousands of years. Also heard some thumping — toddlers banging dresser drawers next door. Not really the hotel’s fault, but I wish the design process would take this into account — use open shelving.

The room size is amazing. We had king room. Everything was clean and comfortable. The staff was pleasant and helpful.
