My stay at Hassan Tour Palace was an exceptional experience, thanks to the outstanding service across the board. From the receptionist's Loubna and Imane warm welcome and efficiency to the meticulous attention to detail by the housekeeping team Amal, meryem and Ibtissam, every aspect of service was top-notch. The restaurant staff, including the managers, were attentive and provided an exemplary dining experience where I’ve felt I had never to worry what I will order, it was like having a private chef and staff that knew what I would like to eat depending on my mood big thanks to Sidi Mohamed and Hamza and the amazing chef Yanick. I was going to forget also the amazing Spa experience Meryem, the therapist, provided an incredible service. Her expertise and gentle approach during the hammam and massage left me feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. Her attention to detail and professionalism are commendable. The professionalism and friendliness of all staff members made my stay truly memorable. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a stay marked by exceptional hospitality. And sorry I couldn’t remember all the names of everyone but I will comeback for sure everyone made me feel like I’m at home. Thank you guys !!

Everything was great. Perfect service, location and equipments.

Just a small thing, which does not affect the overall great impression: the prices of beverages/snacks in the room are too high, if compared to their quality. 6€ for a Nespresso coffee is too much, same for cheap brands of chips, etc. As customer, I´d prefer to pay same amount but for higher quality products.

Everything, including elegant furniture in the hall (balanced mix of traditional and modern) and fresh elegant flowers in the room and common areas. Everything clean and comfortable, professional and nice staff, very pleasant garden, swimming pool and fitness area. Walk distance from main attractions.

Made really welcome on arrival - caring staff - lovely first impressions. Was given an upgraded room. Not used to this luxury. Had a few snack and beers in the outside area. Staff attentive and very kind. Can't fault the service. Room super-quiet - breakfast huge choice - check out efficient..

Not much really, drinks expensive but it's a top hotel so I guess most guests not on a budget. I'd stay again if I go to Rabat again... one does feel very welcome there, for sure.

Booked through booking.com for 22nd May 23. Received cancellation from booking.com in afternoon of 17th saying "credit card refused". Same booking.com registered credit card been honoured by every other establishment on this trip. Details all correct and many £'000s available on credit limit. Immediately tried to clear up confusion (on 17th) offering alternative credit cards and seeking to reconfirm. Received "NO AVAILABILITY" within an hour of cancelling my booking!! Visited Rabat today (22nd) anyway after making alternative overnight arrangements. Hotel entrance full of security agents and police, many diplomatic plated Mercedes outside. I wonder who has needed to take over the entire hotel??? I am not happy to be bumped from my booking for "VIPS" but I am even less happy to be lied to about the reasons. I really look forward to the hotels response and will be very happy to publish correspondence - AND of course, accepted credit card bookings on that card. VERY DISAPPOINTING. DO NOT BOOK HERE UNLESS YOU ARE HAPPY TO BE CANCELLED AT SHORT NOTICE
