Location Sunny room

No hot water after sunset & till 2 hrs after sunrise. Room is cramped. No soap for handwashing. Electrical switches are dilapidated. Not enough sockets for charging. TV remote not working. Only 1 bottle of water a day! Very poor room service

When we book a hotel from booking.com the condition is that we pay at Hotel and booking confirmation mail got from booking.com as well as hotel shiv villa. Then 1 day later another mail came from hotel shiv villa that was 50 % Amount to be submitted for confirmation by giving Account details , IFSC Code and Name of account. Then we have transferred 50% of the amount to the hotel accounts no. When we arrived at the hotel, the Hotel Manager said our room was not booked and we had no empty rooms.. we have made so many arguments with the hotel manager. We say if you are not giving the room then the police complain against you then after they have managed for us. But we are tired of the tour due to poor service of booking.com as well as Hotel shib vill. Please do not book a hotel from the booking.com platform.

Room was fine. But price of food was very high in comparison with local market price. The managers are openly taking commission @ 40% and I have suffered for that. I won't suggest this hotel for a nice stay.My rating is 3 out of 10.
