The hotel was fantastic, room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel was magnificent but the in room service was very poor. $13 dollars for a bottle of water, snacks vastly overpriced and no tea or coffee making facilities. I would have expected more. I also had $25 dollar in room credit which was not deducted from my bill and there was no way of informing them other than to wait in a long line which my time was constrained.

Clean comfortable. 5 star service

The suite was spacious and luxurious! The staff were helpful above and beyond. The suite was very clean and the beds are beyond comfortable.

The Venitian is a true 4.5 stars hotel. Staff was extremely professional and courteous and the hotel was very well-taken of. I would say it's probably the best hotel on the strip. I am deducting half a star for the following observations:
Note: our room was the luxury suite with 2 queens
▪︎ In-room phones are very outdated - don't have a speaker phone for hands-free calls.
▪︎ Rooms are very dim despite turning on all light fixtures
▪︎ Sofabed was extremely uncomfortable due to its age - made squeeky noises
▪︎ I accidentally noticed an extra $16 charge in their "thank you for your stay" email, which was not listed on the itemized statement that I signed during checkout. Upon disputing the charge, I learned that it was for a Fiji bottle of water, which we certainly did not consume.
The aformentioned items, if resolved, make it a true 5-star hotel.

Use extreme caution when staying at the Venetian, their staff appears to only care about money and care nothing about service. After booking your room, you will get daily emails directly from the Venetian Experiences website offering add-ons. We added an early checkin/late checkout 3 weeks prior to our stay and the fee was charged at purchase and settled to my card.
On the second day of our stay, I noticed the early/late checkin fees were on our room folio, I went to the front desk to explain I had pre-purchased it and paid in full already, and she proceeded to argue with me and said I would have to produce proof.
After bringing up my confirmation email from Venetian Experiences and the credit card charge from 3 weeks prior, the desk agent became confused and didn't know what to do. A manager came over and looked thru everything and agreed it was pre-paid and removed it from my folio.
When I went to check out the next day, the agent ADDED THE FEES BACK ON AGAIN and then argued with me for 10 min that it could not have been possible for me to pre-pay that, when I in fact had, and already spoken to a manager. We were late for our flight and had to leave.
At the airport I called someone from Venetian Experiences and explained the story, she said she would take care of it for me. Next morning nothing happened so I had to call AGAIN, and the agent proceeded to argue with me AGAIN. Finally a manager cleared it up and reversed the charge. No apology was given.

No coffee maker in the room....every hotel I have ever stayed in has a Keurig.
Easy to get lost. One moment in Venetian, next moment in Palazzo. Hotel needs better signage or more map screens.
Suites are a very comfortable size, but starting to look dated and worn.

1) Upsold us (even though we already had an upgrade through Hotels.com) to a huge room at Palazzo but one with NO amenities - no mini bar, no water in room.
2) Housekeeping did not come to clean even though we were out of the room for 8 hours
3) Customer service horrible
4) Manager claimed the room we booked (Luxury King) was their "standard" room. False advertising - a standard room should never be called "luxury".
5) For $1500/night (unfortunately, Superbowl prices) the entire stay was very unsatisfying

Very easy, clean, accommodating, centrally located. Love the hotel and rooms are all suites, so can’t go wrong there. Beds are very comfortable and offer free late check out which is great convenience. Great view of the Sphere from our room which was really fun to watch as it changed images. Beautiful decor for Chinese new year and great restaurant options including Tao and Cut.

Everything was good, only one of the suites the floor was sticky and the middle of the night You could smell an unpleasant aroma of plumbing and we couldn’t sleep

Fabulous Hotel First Class all the way!

We’ve stayed at several casino/hotels on the Vegas strip & liked the Venetian by far. Quick from room to strip, no lines for elevator, never got lost, guide signs everywhere. Restaurant row filled with fantastic choices, we loved Yardbird so much, ate there twice.

Beautifull hotel. Spent 900 for 3 nights. They wanted to upsell for a view of the strip for 75 more a night. I thought looking out the back would be fine. They dont tell you you will look at a blank wall about 30 ft away. They should tell you there is zero view.

Very good location, convenient to go to The Sphere from the casino.

We upgraded to the Prestige Suites and the service there has definitely gone downhill The dinner appetizer selection has been reduced to three small items - and the second night, 2 of them were seafood. When I mentioned that I was allergic, and wanted to order some cheese and crackers (to be delivered AT MY COST) I was told that food good only be ordered outside of "happy hour" and not while the appetizers were being served. I have added on the upgraded suites numerous times in the past, and was very disappointed that the service has been so limited.

Got a smokers room. Disgusting.
Hair didn’t work.
On the plus side; the room was very big. A bit old fashioned and dark - but big.
Check-in takes ages.

We had an excellent stay. The rooms are definitely huge which made us feel great.

The stay was great. We stuck to the hotel most of our stay, so everything was close and convenient. Staff was super helpful and nice. Only problem was Hotels.com would not let me change the dates. I had incorrectly booked the stay one day later than I needed. They even lied about availability when I had already confirmed with the hotel directly.

Booked a sphere view king suite for my daughters birthday. Pulled up to valet - was told valet was full and directed to park on the second floor valet near mall entrance. Bell service does not go there unfortunately - so we carried our luggage a pretty good distance with no help and just in case your wondering I asked several times and different valet attendants said there was no bell service. By the time I got to guest services to check in i was over it….starting asking myself why I booked such huge hotel and dreamed of a hotel room that was simple…of course I don’t want bed bugs but if the venitan is not going to provide bell service… then at least have the dollies by the upstairs valet so customers dont have to carry heavy luggage for half a mile (not sure the exact distance, but that’s where it felt like) So I get to Guest Registration and I shared my frustration about what happened to the gentelman serving me and nothing was offered to compensate for my hassle he said he would ask a manager - we never heard anything from that…in my mind I was not looking for much just a small action to show they cared. I was just asked if I wanted to pay more money to be upgraded to a penthouse. Ha! No thanks! we didn’t even get bell service to the room which was on the eighth floor and in a different part of the Venetian so we did another hike lol just so you know valet is not free anymore. I just would never go here again. It was horrible. All these things are factors the next time I

Lots of space in the extremely nice suite. Pro tip: There are a couple of steps down to the seating area. Use the trashcan to block the safety light. It is very bright at night and there is no switch for it.

It is a beautiful hotel and we enjoy our stay. A lot to see, shop and dine inside the hotel. The hotel can be better on check in process. We tried to do advanced checked in and they had our confirmation number but they told us not we did not complete the process and sent us to another long line to wait for an hour to check in. Our advanced booking room was gone and asked us to pay more for the same view. Ah?? In addition, we paid $18 for guest parking each day but the gate never worked with the hotel keys

It's a very beautiful hotel, comfortable, clean and large rooms

The room was nice and clean, everybody was very friendly.
I didn’t like the fact that there was no coffee machine in the room. You have to go downstairs and stay in line to get coffee and there are no tables to sit down. Not a big deal, but makes your morning less pleasant

They charge the highest resort fee and if you touch anything on the mini bar, you will be charged for it. Rooms are very nice and large. Everything else wasn’t top quality. Our room wasn’t cleaned until 7pm. Check in and out lines were long. We attempted to check out on line but because of the mini bar mayhem, we tried to call. We were on hold for 30 minutes. When I did check out in person, Albert was not very helpful. He did take off the charge but stated that there was a sign on our mini bar. My husband took a picture, no sign. No apology, it was all our fault. Just not classy besides the room and casino.

Our concert cancelled at the last minute. I have tried to contact he resort to request a credit. Normally I would not, but the concert happened to be at their resort. Total denial. So disappointed. It really costs them nothing to issue a credit.

Very rude service from check in to restaurant to casino to check out. I never used any food in the room but I got charged.

Our room wasn’t ready until 4:00 so we had to hang out in the car garage. Also, I booked on Expedia and the Venetian sent me an email with no confirmation number, but wanted me to check in on mobile, but that couldn’t happen without a confirmation number. Frustrating!

The hotel is one of the cleanest ones we've ever stayed in. Very high end. It was super super crowded being the first of the year and the days after did not see a waning of the crowds. One negative was we had our "do not disturb" sign on our door but housekeeping still knocked twice and disturbed our sleep. That was a real annoyance bc in what world does "do not disturb" mean disturb? This is Vegas! People go to sleep very late."
