Spent six nights there for our grandson’s Army Graduation. The hotel was in a convenient location and safe, staff were accommodating, bed was comfortable, room was spacious, the shower area needed some improvement, BF was fine but could improve and hours (6-9) even for weekend is not good. We will stay there again!

Found a couple bed bugs on my bedsheets woke up to bug bites as well. Had to ask housekeeping to change my bedsheets and get new towels and trash to be token which took them forever to replace all of this; when hotels are supposed to clean every room every single day but for me to ask you and tell you to that I need new bedsheets and towels that they gave me wrong sizes and for my room trash to be taken… ya need to do better respectfully but it was a quiet hotel It was near many restaurants and stores so you don’t need to drive far at all which is good. I rate my stay a 7/10

Housekeepers were extremely loud very early in the morning (around 6ish), yelling to each other, cussing, and laughing very loudly. slamming the doors open to rooms so hard I consistently felt the vibration in my bed down the hall. Everything else was great. Loved the breakfast, room was clean, all appliances work.

This hotel is in a great location.. lots of shopping, restaurants, just off the highway. The beds are amazingly comfortable, plenty of space in the room with a couch, work desk, microwave, and mini fridge. water pressure was good, breakfast was good, and the staff were friendly.

I loved this hotel. The location was amazing didnt have to travel far for anything. Great customer service. The only problem i had was that my door was faulty and you have to request to have cleaning service.

Rooms are large and clean. Bed is lumpy in room 231. The tub faucet has a consistent leak. TV offers only one channel (I called office about it. They said this problem was experienced in some of the rooms but not all). Lastly, if check out is 11 am, why is housekeeping knocking on doors starting at 10 am?

It was good overall but I can be hard on cleanliness I found one paper under the side cupboard.

Maintenance of interior facilities was very poor. Base molding in our room was peeling in at least two areas, and revealed black mold behind it. Shower wall had 3’ crack, the tub floor slipped in and down, ceiling paint around BR vent was chipping, mattress was sloped towards wall (frame either bent or broken). Left us with unclean and filthy room. I was so disappointed.

Check in took awhile. Once we got all our luggage in room, couch and a/c - heater was broke. Went back to desk and ended up being told we would get a suite but then separated us in 2 room. The 3rd floor smelled horrible of weed. Had to smell that all night. Rooms and beds need a heavy cleaning. Pillows are gross. Hair all over beds. Total waste of money for 2 nights. Also, every store imcluding most has stations are closed at 10 pm so make sure you bring what you need to the hotel.
I check beds thoroughly for bed begs when i travel and remove mattress. I didnt see bugs but the need to clean the sham and box spring way more often.

Had a great stay here! Property looks like it was renovated recently and lobby was very inviting. Hotel front desk staff was very nice as well. There was an issue with our TV but woman at the front desk was able to help very quickly. Wasn’t a bad price compared to the other hotels in the area.

Did not get the room we booked. Booked a two queen room with sofa bed and got a King room with two sofa beds. Was not at all comfortable. The lady at the front desk could not have been any nicer and tried to rectify the problem with what she had to work with. Even came to our room to show us how the sofa beds worked (not normal sofa bed) and brought up the linens for them. The only other issue was the bathroom door would lock, but it would not latch/shut. With six people that was not a good thing, as far as privacy is concerned.

Extremely friendly staff. Couldn’t have asked for better in that area. I mean 10/10 on friendliness. However, our room we stayed in seemed pretty clean, but had to have been 3 months or better since the room was dusted. I could write my name in the headboard dust it was that thick and equally as thick on nightstands and table tops. There was also a very yellow stain on the side of the bed on the carpet. I believe we stayed in room 106. Otherwise, good experience

From the minute I checked in I have had nothing but pleasant experiences all the way from front desk to housekeeping. Chasitie, Lu, and Ms Lee I hope I'm saying that name correctly but these people have gone out of their way to assist me in my situation what an awesome staff you have and I hope that you truly appreciate the fact that you have a staff that is willing to go the extra mile to make sure that their guests are more than taking care of

The hotel room itself is subpar. There is a lot of deferred maintenance and overall was in very poor condition. The highlight was the staff are wonderful. The ice machine the laundromat we’re all out of service.

Went for our son’s graduation at Ft. Moore and the hotel was perfect for all of our needs. Staff was very friendly and the accommodations were clean. If we need to go back to this area, we will definitely stay here again.

In Columbus, there are sketchy hotels that are run down and in bad areas This is not one of them. This hotel is not one of them. This is a NICE and SAFE hotel that is in a great location. Great staff and beautiful modern CLEAN rooms.. it’s convenient to shopping and restaurants. I’ll stay here again!!

No heat 1st night stay. Second night they changed the unit out. No mention of a discount for freezing that I paid for??? I wont be back. I stay 3 nights a week for Miele Professional in hotels. This wasnt a good one.

As a former property manager, I can tell you this is a very well managed property. From the desk clerks to the janitorial team, they do a great job. It is well maintained, clean and quiet. When you walk in you are greeted with a smile and friendly conversation. They make you feel welcome. The building is beginning to show some age but it is maintained very well. I don't have anything negative to comment on this hotel. I stay here every year for "Black Friday"weekend and will continue to do so.

Heater didn't work, offered to install new unit during our stay while we were out and about all day...not wasting my vacation time for the maintenance man. Staff was rude, bathroom door and shower were filthy...showerhead was stuck in one setting...sink didn't drain. Got back at 4 a.m. from the beach to find out our keys were deactivated...waited 20 mins for someone to come to the counter for keys to our room. WILL NOT STAY THERE AGAIN!

If I could give this hotel 0 stars for cleanliness I would. If I was staying at a motel I would probably expect it to not be very clean. The first room we were put in the bathroom had pubic hair all over the toilet and in the shower and there was toe nail/finger nail clippings all over the floor. The lamps by the bed didn’t have light bulbs either so there was no light in the room. We asked for a different room and even that rooms bathroom had pubic hairs in the shower and on the floor and the room smelt like smoke. The only good thing I can say about this hotel is where it is located. Close to target, Walmart, and many food options. We booked here because they had decent reviews and affordable rates but next time we will just pay the extra money to stay somewhere else.

Jeremy was extremely rude on my call to the property the night before but upon my arrival in property and request from him he was quite helpful. As was crystal. I saw roaches in the hall way, furniture in rooms are dated and in need of repair, especially those on first floor. Curtains in the rooms were coming down and wands to open and close were on the floor! Really just not a nice a good look or welcoming at all!

The staff was nice. But my room was not up to par...my floor had tracks of footprints and dust, .y shower chair and floor was not clean, and the breakfast was very poor with stale bread and out of date yogurt. I feel that the property was still under COVID19 guide lines with the less is more mentality. I was under the impression that I would be receiving a hot breakfast and clean room but was highly mistaken. This should have been a better experience than what I received.

We decided to stay at La Quinta Inn because it was the best rated, least expensive, and closest hotel to our friends we were visiting for Thanksgiving. The gentleman at the front did what was required of him for his job, but nothing to brag about. He wasn't rude, but wasn't welcoming. When we arrived to our room, we were immediately hit with the smell of dogs. Understandable because we reserved a pet room. However, we weren't happy with the room. There was mold in the shower caulking, scratches on the bathroom door, the desk chair had a tear in it, and one of the curtain pull rods was broken off. I did check the mattresses for bed bugs and they did look clean. The beds and pillows were horribly stiff, so we didn't sleep very well. Breakfast the next morning was disappointing. Mainly carbs (diy pancakes, breads, cereals), bananas, raspberry yogurt, and a microwaveable breakfast sandwiches. They had coffee, water, apple juice, orange juice, tea bags, and hot chocolate. After returning from visiting friends at around 5pm, our room keys no longer worked, so we had to have them reactivated. No staff was at the front for 5-10 minutes. The same gentleman from the night before returned and helped us. Again, not rude, but not welcoming. He quickly reset our cards. Housekeeping never visited the room. The next day, breakfast was the same, but they also had eggs that looked like pancakes and biscuits with gravy. We weren't happy with our experience and do not plan on returning.

This hotel was very good for me and my mom who traveled into town for an appointment at Jack Hughston Memorial Hospital. The location was very convenient for what we needed, restaurants good around the area and good for the price. We would stay again.

Everything was excellent, the only thing is that needs more details to the cleaning of the room.
Breakfast was fabulous, we enjoy it.
