Waited 30 min upon arrival for staff to help us. Room was clean and comfortable and quiet. TV was not plugged in. Fridge was on a tray (I think probably because it leaks?), but you couldn't open the door without lifting it out of the tray. phone did not work, outlet did not work. Price was very cheap, so I guess that's to be expected that it won't be perfect.
Staff was very friendly and accommodating after the first night and even opened the pool for our kids when it was the off season. Overall the stay was okay, but definitely could do better and felt like there was a staff shortage or something going on, as it was always hard to find/get a hold of anyone.

the lighting in the room was awful couldn't put my contacts in. Wi-fi- was the pits. Homeless people everywhere on the property. We finished a job early just so we wouldnt have to stay another night

As a disabled person they put me on 3rd floor. The elevator didnt work. Was 1 ice machine it didnt work. In my room there was no light bulbs in the big lamps. There was 2 microwaves but neither worked. There was no door knob on the inside of the bathroom door. The the tv also didnt work. No towels in the room and the phone in the room didnt work..

The first room we were assigned to was 342. We had the heater on 30 mins and the room was not getting warmer, only cold air was blowing and it was on heat. We let them know and they moved us to room 310. The heat and air wouldnt even turn on. Finally we were put in room 341 and the heat worked. The other issue we had was the bedsheets were stained and nasty. The bathrooms were dirty and floors needed cleaning. They advertised free breakfast and have a huge kitchen/dining area but no breakfast. Only cereal or a muffin. Also only one towel per room...we booked stating 3 guests. When asking for extra towels they could only give one more. This was absolutely terrible experience and I will not stay at Days Inn ever again!

We didn't have face towels and the TV was busted

It has been a disaster since arriving. There is no iron or ironing board, that's the beginning. The second thing is, the towels are all stained, there is no decent towel without a stain on em. The internet keeps kicking you out, and I know it's just wifi, but their server is terrible. They can't even upgrade. No joke I went to continental breakfast 4 times while I stayed here, and there is only coffee and cereal, nothing else.

Worst i have ever stayed at.first night there i was moved to 3 different rooms trying to find one we could stay in. The 3rd one was the best of the three. Floor lamp not plugged in. Wall lights at bed no power. Top cover on bed two burn holes. Mini frig ice in top 3 inches thick. Heater would not heat passed 65 degrees. Went to take shower, no wash cloth, said they didn't any until next day. No shower curtain. Phone was dead, no ice machine working, continental breakfast, had three pieces of bread, two types of ceral.supply truck did not run. Was gone 10 hours, came back late NO ONE had been in to clean or fix problems. I got curtin from maid and puf it on in shower. Front desk says if you stay over no one comes in to clean until you leave. This is the short version of my two nights stay.

When I arrived and checked in which took forever. Then the elevator didn’t work so had to lug all the bags up the stairs. I went to get ice and the ice machine didn’t work and both coke machines were empty of everything. I advised the young lady at the desk and she didn’t say anything about having it checked out. I contacted hotels.com and asked for a credit toward my stay. They called the hotel and they lied saying everything worked and they refused a credit. The only good thing about the stay was the bed was comfortable.

The first room, on the third floor, had aTV that didn’t work. The second room, also on the third floor, didn’t have any heat. The third room, on the second floor, at least had heat and a working TV. However, the room didn’t have any towels. I had to move my things 3 times to different sides of the facility. This was a very frustrating and disappointing experience.

The first room had no remote, housekeeping brought one. And it didn’t work, then the tv blacked out. I was moved to another room. It had to shower curtain, no wash clothes. Apparently one of the housekeepers used the bathroom before and didn’t fully flush. And the heat wasn’t working good. I froze all night and had to try to sleep fully dressed with a jacket on. The night time front desk attendant wasn’t helpful or caring about customers service. I will never stay there again😡

House keeping was terrible shortage of pillows no washcloths There was a crack around the door you could stick your finger through. The breakfast was a big disappointment compared to Days Inn in Biloxi where we stayed in September.

Where do I start? Do not take kids to this hotel. They had people all hours of the night smoking dope and knew they were there. When we said something about room all they said is we get dep refund. There wasn’t a refrigerator, microwave , smoke detector, or covers. There wasn’t any towels at all second night and had to go ask for some and was told they might not have any. Let’s just say we were up in the office several times. For just basic stuff. Like clean pillows that weren’t already used. Etc.

The room was nice. The bathtub was nasty. They didn’t provide enough towels for two nights. They came to door to ask for dirty towels and didn’t replace them with new ones. Altogether, the stay was suitable however if you like a nasty tub and free loaders outside of you room all night then this is the stay for you.

It was the worst stay Ive ever experienced with a hotel stay!!! The entire staff was unfriendly, racist and rude!!! I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and I want my refund for 8-17-23, as I paid a 50.00 deposit and 80.80 for a room I never got to stay In!!! I e already made a complaint

There was a $50 "security deposit" that is not on website. Breakfast consisted of bread, blueberry muffins, cereal without milk, instant oatmeal without milk or water, yogurt, an empty juice machine, and coffee with no sugar. The same bread and muffins were there for three days. The pool was green. The bathtub had 3 different dirt rings on it. The whole place was just trashy.

The room was old and nasty. No matter how long the AC was running, it was constantly muggy and smelled of mold. Most of the appliances and amenities were dilapidated and rusted.

Beds were ok. We were tired. Room was clean. Mold on bathroom ceiling, mold on bottom of shower curtain. You could tell they were remodeling from all the debris around the whole building, even in walking areas. Not safe! We were sent to a room with one bed, even though we had made a reservation for a room with two beds. Then the debris we had to walk through to get to our room two different times. Once on the third floor then again on the second floor.

I reserved a no-smoking room. However, if people stand outside the room and smoke, the smoke is pulled directly into the room by the AC. It was like being in a smoking room. Noise from the pool was loud late and there was no coffee at 7am. The gentleman at the front desk didn't seem to care a bit. The room itself was very run down, stains on furniture, holes in walls poorly patched. I was very happy to check out.

Don't like folks smoking directly outside of the room which is next to my room. Ambient smoke goes everywhere. Ideally there would be a designated smoking area away from no smoking rooms.

Staff is super friendly & helpful. Shower curtain was moldy & towel rack was broken. Bed not really comfortable, but was clean.

I had to bags stolen out of my room and I know it was caught on camera and the lady in the office would not do nothing about it she acted like she didn't care so I lost my wallet my clothes everything I think I should at least been offered up free night or something

Place stunk so bad, smelled of dirty dogs, body odor, linens not clean stains everywhere on bedsheets, towels had makeup smears, carpet dirty,white bread only for breakfast. NEVER AGAIN.
