Breakfast was limited but adequate

Room smelled terribly, said non-smoking but it had definitely been smoked in. Door safety latch was missing 2 bolts and the other was loose. Did not feel safe staying here, not worth the cost paid.

The only problem I have with your property is that the toilets are way too low.

Nice place to stay, clean and comfy

Everything room wise was nice. Internet was poor. Breakfast buffet was appreciated and the bed linens were comfy. Was a nice place to lay our heads after a long road trip.

Spend your money any place but here. The staff are unfriendly, the breakfast was undesirable, and the rooms smell. The first room we were assigned was terrible, so we were moved. The second room was bearable but still had a smell. Both rooms appeared to have been sprayed with something to mask it, which made it even worse.

Housekeeping need to pay attention to shampoo and conditioner levels.

Checking into the facility the staff was slightly rude there was language barrier which made check in a little more difficult. After getting check in squared away we proceeded to go into room which was very hot upon entering. I adjusted air-conditioning unit. Hours after I went down stairs to tell front desk worker about air conditioner problem no one came to check unit we slept in hot room uncomfortable all night. Don’t recommend this hotel to no one

We came to our daughters OTS graduation from Maxwell Airforce Base. We booked three nights at Sleep Inn. Great location for our needs! Very clean, comfy bed, well stocked. Friendly staff. The breakfast could use some improvement, and the parking some what limited. All in all a nice place to stay👍😎.

Our room was not ready. Made us wait. Finally offered us a different room which smelled of cigarette smoke and food. Made a negative face when I asked to see a copy of our bill.

After checking in, I was told the water would be cut off at 8 am for repairs. At 3 am, I received a phone call on the hotel phone (supposedly from the GM at the front desk) stating they were experiencing system issues & the computer was showing my room as vacant, meaning someone could possibly enter the room. I expressed safety concerns, traveling as a single female. He offered me a discount but needed to verify my card information. I told them they should have everything they need with the card on file. He explained the system only kept partial info, such as my name & the last 4 of my card #, which he provided. Although I did not feel comfortable, I confirmed the remaining information. Within 10 minutes, I received a text from my credit card to verify possible fraudulent charges, which were not related to my hotel stay. I called the credit card company immediately & they confirmed the purchases had just been made minutes prior. I had to cancel my card, in addition to getting no sleep. Would not recommend.

Everything clean. Breakfast just typical hotel breakfast, nothing special. Bit $$ for place to lay head for a night.

Check in was fine. Friendly. Bathroom needs attention. Faucet handle came off in my hand. Shampoo/rinse was totally watered down , no lather. Towels very thin and old. Bed and pillows comfy. Breakfast was adequate but coffee was weak ( instant like). Coffee is very important to travelers as is the bathroom !

2 day stay was a pleasant surprise, it was really clean, bed was comfortable, breakfast was hot and a fair selection. I just got back from vegas and stayed in the largest hotel in the us and they take pride and service is a priority that is what I saw here was pride in ownership with everywhere you could look was under care of the owner. Great Job, I was impressed and will be back.

I loved the quick and easy service while checking in .. I’ll definitely be returning in the future.

The staff is very nice. The rooms are nice and clean. The breakfast is simple, but is pretty good. Hotel is nice overall. Location is nice and not far from stuff to do and restaurants. 10 min from downtown Montgomery. Smells like sewage outside somewhat, but that would be my only small complaint.
