Our stay at the Palazzo at The Venetian was fantastic! Highly recommend upgrade to include the 23rd floor Prestige lounge and consierge service! Thomas was incredibly thoughtful and helpful in helping us plan our short weekend stay! The lounge is a spacious, relaxing retreat.

Beautiful Casino Hotel

Room was clean and big. We had a king suite with a city view. Bed was comfortable. Loved the many options for food and shopping. Only complaint is the annoying store workers who constantly bug you as you walk by to take a sample or try asking you questions to get you into their store/salon. Other then that it was a great stay and an amazing, clean, comfortable hotel.

Really great stay. Suites were large and clean. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was well appointed and roomy.
My only complaint was that it took over an hour to get room service.

Palazzo was very nice, huge suite, even the "basic" one. They cleaned it every day. Bathroom was crazy big. Separate shower and tub. Sunken living room. Fridge and snacks were weighted, which seemed old school. Didnt get free water, but walgreens is vety close, can walk to it, part of the hotel but outside. Canyon Ranch Spa within the hotel, really nice breakfast there, in their cafe, healthy and tasty.

I love the rooms at Palazzo. The beds are on the level as you enter the room and the living room is on the lower level. Overlooked the Wynn pools and golf course.
I would upgrade to see the Sphere if I was going to be in the room for anytime other than sleeping.

The building was amazing, the staff was friendly and professional

We booked a double queen bedroom for our stay, and it was decent. However, we found ourselves wishing for additional nightstand space. Surprisingly, there were no complimentary amenities like water, a kettle, or glasses in the room; everything required an additional service and delivery fee, which felt a bit inconvenient. Disappointingly, the bathroom lacked essentials like hand lotion and even had an empty tissue box. It would have been appreciated if they had provided face or handwash, or even a small bar of soap.
The gym, unfortunately, left much to be desired, as it appeared outdated with missing or worn-out equipment. On a more positive note, the room itself was clean, and the check-in and check-out process went smoothly. However, the hotel could improve its signage, particularly directions to Palazzo, which proved somewhat challenging for both me and my family to navigate.
I made use of the iron board, and while there was a daily parking fee of $18, it was readily available. We had access to Netflix on the TV without any issues.

We had an amazing hotel stay. There were a few missteps. We asked for 4 towels and only received 2. Additionally, I was charged for both valet and self parking. Other than that we had a fabulous time.

The facilities are great and comfy but the lines to access the front desk are terrible, maybe because the lack of persons behind the desk and the same thing to get a rewards card. You can stay in line for more than an hour and believe me wasn't the busiest time of the year.

Overall our stay went well. The room was pretty large Good size bathroom. Beds were comfortable. The canal shops area is simply amazing. One point we did not like is lack of breakfast buffet. Not sure if they have any, we could not find it. Room service breakfast is too expensive. We ended up ordering pickup from a cafe downstairs which had average food. In Las Vegas, I expect large, expansive buffets at least for Breakfast.

I left my gold earring on the nightstand
And they told me they didn’t find it
So when you go there check your room because if you leave something you lost it .

The room was spacious and well appointed. Staff friendly. We had an upgraded suite with the great view on The Sphere. The beds were comfortable and the living room furniture was too. I recommend the hotel and I will stay again in this hotel

We had an upgraded suite. The room was spacious and well appointed. The beds were comfortable and the living room furniture was too. On the other hand, the room had no coffee machine, microwave, and the only refrigerator was for the products they sell. Furthermore, although the bathroom was spacious and beautiful it was lacking basic things such as a hair dryer and the towels were small and scratchy. Be prepared to pay a $51 a day resort fee plus $18 a day for parking in addition to the roommate.

Room was not ready even we did late check in. No message service was made although the room was ready afterwards. Check in/out line was too long to wait.

Great hotel and great room with view of the sphere. Check in is really slow with a long line but the rest is excellent. We also got the free drink being Expedia vip status.

Be careful with your personal belongings! My brand new boot was disappeared after I returned to my room for housekeeping. They sent security came to report but nothing will come back. I feel it’s unsafe and dishonest!

Cleaningness was excellent. My only complaintsi are that parking is expensive and also the resort fees that I never use.

Not worth it

The hotel room was not thoroughly cleaned. There were needles with medication left in the fridge, a hand towel with a lipstick stain and dirty robes in the closet.
The room itself is large and comfortable.

My only complaint re: The Palazzo and all hotels in Vegas with casinos...the cigarette smoke! Everything else here at the Palazzo is first rate. Big, comfortable, and well thought out...

Beautiful hotel. The hairdryer in the bathroom is embarrassing. And no room coffee maker is unheard of.

Great stay in LV.... love the spacious suites and our room was on a very quiet floor. Also it is so good that it is not as huge as the other hotels and you don´t have to walk so much to get to your room. The Palazzo is conected to the Venizian and they have a great selection of restaurants.

Positives: The rooms are very large. The bathrooms are wonderful. The Juliet Cocktail Room, Chica, and Yardbird restaurants were awesome. The Venezia Garden Pool was lovely, and the hot tubs were not too hot. The hotels are beautiful.
Negatives: The check-in process was very long-40 minutes! I booked 4 rooms in the Pallazo in April, but when we checked in, two rooms were in the Venetian. They did offer to move us halfway through our trip, but it was too much of a hassle. Our first room in the Venezia Tower wasn't clean, and we had to move again. We asked to use our beverage credits for one bill, but at checkout only a quarter of the credits applied, I requested a fix and then half the credits were applied. I guess you're supposed to have each room charged separately even if you're together and on one credit card?

The suite was comfortable, however, we found dust on the phones in on some of the counters in the bedroom. There were no toiletries on the bathroom counter. We had to call the front desk to ask for shampoo, conditioner, etc..

Only negative is NO COFFEE in the rooms.

Great hotel and facilities, it is my favorite overall in Vegas, they could improve with better towels, tissues, etc in the room, top notch restaurants in the same buildings, no need to wander outside in foul weather, hope to stay again there soon

Bed was superb. Quiet. Quite clean. Large window was dirty distracted from the view. Very crowded albeit holiday weekend. Commen areas were free from trash and constantly being monitored by cleaning folks.
