Gostei da banheira, da piscina, da cama, da TV, do espaço e principalmente da vista. O apartamento é lindo, tinha tudo que precisávamos, inclusive secador de cabelo. Também tinha TV a cabo e o café da manhã foi impecável. O lugar é lindo e bem organizado, também deixaram toalhas, duas garrafas d’água, roupa de cama e shampoo e sabonete. Pretendo voltar! Ah, e fica perto do metrô Santana, andamos uns 10 minutinhos só.
Gostei de tudo, nada do que reclamar. Indico muito!

Buena ubicación, buen desayuno.
El baño emitía ruido muy fuerte de cañerías, no cambiaban toallas, la mampara de vidrio de la ducha se habría, los aires no estaban enchufados y los controles no se veían, las lámparas no tenían enchufe cerca por ende eran decorativas, el personal era amable pero no nos podíamos comunicar no contaban con el básico de español o inglés.

Suites have bathroom and powder room, but BOTH are in the bedroom. Please find a way of isolating powder room from bedroom.

Clean and comfortable.
I arrived at 15.pm, 1 hour after the permitted check-in and had to wait 1hour to enter in the room. Yes. 1 hour!
Check-in in booking 14:00 however the room was free to enter only 16:00.

Very friendly and helpful staff. When you contacted reception, they dealt with the request very quickly. The breakfast was ample and you never waited for things to be replaced. I liked the idea of the restaurant on the top floor, it gives you a great view of the city. The pool area is plentiful and the pool is a nice size.
There was no gym due to refurbishment and there is some tidying up to rooms that needs looking at, but apart from that, we were just looking for a room to rest in after the day, so it proved its purpose. A remote for both rooms would have been a better touch.

Everything is a bit run down and not very clean.

Everything was a paradise experience until I was unable to assess the internet from the day I checked in to the day I checked out it kept on going on and off I could not take calls from my friends and family it was my birthday I had to check out before time just to try and be in a location where I could access steady network. Worst is that I couldn't work. So the Internet ruin my whole experience. It's a good place but won't risk going back there.
