Very friendly and helpful staff! Shuttle bus from and to the airport. Taxi drivers who made moving around the city very safe. Tasty food.

Modern hotel very close to the airport. The staff was very attentive. There is a shuttle to the airport which is very useful. Rooms are very clean, good shower and a great bed!

This was a last minute booking due to a flight delay coming into BOG from JFK causing me to miss a connection to SMR. The hotel had a room and it was as nice as expected even though the stay was short.

There is nothing I could complaint about at this hotel.

just the bathroom could have been cleaner, there wasn’t any shower gel, the mirror was dirty and there was hair in the shower

-restaurant takes in average 30min to get your food. better no be in a rush. - Asked for a cab at 4:30 the day before. did not show up on time. - Was offered breakfast to take away. when we asked for it they said that we were not on the list lol good stay overall just dont make any “ special” request. take it as it is lol

Excellent breakfast offering many local dishes. Boutique feel with special care to detail and spacious, comfortable rooms. The perfect place for a layover.

I loved everything, wish we had stayed here on the first leg of our Bogota journey. Loved that the shuttle was operating up to midnight and started earlier in the morning.

I would clarify the shuttle instructions as the first floor means you have to go up one level from arrivals (National) and then go OUTSIDE the doors and cross the road where there is a big hotel bus meet up. the airport doesn’t even have good signage for this and we got conflicting info inside the airport. Also I messaged the property on booking and they never responded unlike other comparable hotels .

The hotel manager on duty on 1st January was excellent. Our pre-booked taxi failed to arrive. He did his utmost to ensure we received a refund. He also arranged alternative transport for us. He spent about one hour sorting out this problem, we are very grateful to him for his time and effort.

The airport shuttle organized by the hotel now leaves from level 2 gate 5, this alteration was not sent to us even though we requested it.
